The unit was extremely clean, which is one thing I look for initially. Unit is well equipped. The property is set back with a lovely garden. Nice and quiet. Breakfast was great. If you are a cereal, fruit and juice person, you won't be disappointed. All the little extras, in terms of of snacks and choice of teas and coffee, was very generous. The bed was very comfortable. Above all, Lourdes was a very friendly, gracious and helpful host.

Nothing; everything met my needs more than adequately.

Our host was wonderful, the scenery was wonderful and the serenity was beautiful. The breakfast options were various and fresh products.

Beautiful location. Car was parked under cover with close access to private entrance. Friendly hostess. Huge room with screening to separate the bedroom from the living area. Great choice of breakfast items.

Unfortunately could hear the drone of the Pacific Highway during the night. The vertical blinds do not block the road noise.

Emerald Beach is heaven and the granny flat apartment is fantastic with amazing surroundings. Water dragons chill out next to a stream crossing the property. Birds sing in the morning. Kangaroos on the way to Moonee Beach are the most chilled in Oz. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of space. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Just minor annoyances: * being granny flat it is not as private as a regular hotel room * shower is a bit tricky to use as it takes long time for the water to warm up

Hostess was friendly and gracious, room was large with beautiful view over the garden, breakfast was generous, cooking facilities ample, place was immaculate.

furniture was dated and cupboard had moth ball inside which caused unpleasant odour to the room once opened. Needs a little modernising for my taste, but still a pleasant stay and quite comfortable enough.

The hostess was very experienced and has the property looking beautiful. The room was spacious with many additional items to make our stay most enjoyable. We will plan to revisit in the very near future.

Nothing that we needed.

Very large apartment style open room with furniture as partitions. Everything very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast supplies were generous and covered our needs. A wonderful tropical garden surrounds the house and offers a pleasant place to wander.

The room was spotless. There was plenty of space in the room. There was heaps of food for breakfast; from cereal to toast and juice. The house was separate from the neighbours and the room was located on the second floor which meant you felt like you were living in a tree house with no one around you...great!

We just loved the whole thing...there was nothing we didn't like.

Great continental breakfast. The location was lovely and near everything we need. The facilities gorgeous, neat and clean and spacious and peaceful. The host and hospitality was just the best 👌
