The place was clean and dog friendly i didn’t know that when i booked, the amenities were great and staff were very helpful. There is a Woolworths and bws across the road from the hotel which is very convenient.

The pool hours were silly 9am to 7 pm i think, i would like to go for a swim earlier than 9am. The toilet seat didn’t stay up when in the toilet. The tv uses apps to watch tv so remember your passwords even for free to air tv. The doona cover and foot runner were dirty i showed the cleaner she said it would be washed i never saw it again i thought it would be washed that day and returned that afternoon/night or replaced straight away.

Convenience of location. Both to where I wanted to be this trip, but to the highway, food and fuel when passing through. Plus it's pet friendly for a reasonable cleaning fee in specific rooms. Others try to make you book more expensive rooms and add upwards of $85 for cleaning for a single night!! Rogues!!! I got caught in traffic and appreciated Sam calling to check on me, setting up the late check in and letting me have a late check out. My dog didn't get the message and we were out on time anyway... It's my third stay and won't be the last.

Very comfortable stay with lovely hosts.. went out of their way to accommodate us including small dog.. welcome treats for fur baby and us. Exceptionally clean well appointed Double room. Very comfy bed- bathroom lovely with toiletries and soft towels. Air conditioning. Sam & team looked after us very kindly. Thankyou ☺️

I have stayed at 5-star hotels and the level of cleanliness in this motel room exceeded of those hotels. I could not fault the cleanliness in this motel - even the bathroom ventilation fan was clean! Staff called me up when I was running about 10 minutes late to their closing time and arranged for my entry to my room.

Very clean room, helpful reception, great location, car parking outside room, ideal for our dog, very comfortable beds. We stayed in Room 2 and it had obviously been recently renovated (except for the bathroom door!) as everything was new with good quality furnishings and fittings. We would happily stay again en route (and about halfway) from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast.

Very helpful staff, brand new bathroom, great water flow for shower, beds great, layout for a family was excellent. Staff helped to accomodate our needs with no fuss we appreciate this as it made my daughter more comfortable to get ready for comp here instead of the back of our car so thank you so very much

No negatives have booked again

Nicely updated since last visit in 2016. Very clean, everything available for an excellent night in, very comfy beds and the bathroom has benefited very much from the update. Didn't see the reception staff on arrival but the key was waiting in the room for us and we had a very restful night. Have always enjoyed our visits and this was no exception.

Nice big room with good facilities for people with mobility challenges. Clean, spacious,comfortable and great location with Woolworths across the road. Fantastic for pets and would recommend for pet travellers. Nice touch that they left doggy bags and some dog food on arrival To room.

My room shared a wall with the pool area and people were out drinking and playing music till 10pm.

Sam always looks after us and allows us a slightly early check in if possible. It is an older style motel but exceptionally clean, and is well set up if you wish to prepare your own breakfast—unusual to find these days. It is good value for money.

No hot water to have shower the first night I stayed. Second night tried a few times eventually had a hot shower. I think our side of accommodation needs solar on roof as well.
