Lovely rooms & outlook on the lagoon, quiet, clean & comfortable, pleasant walks around the grounds and close to the beach. Helpful & friendly staff.

I didn’t like that the restaurant didn’t have proper table service but still charged high prices. ( even though the food was good) The parking was hard and it was tricky finding the room initially with heavy bags. The lagoon/ creek near the lower coffee kiosk was smelly( sewerage) I would have liked to see a microwave because if we were staying longer you would have to get in the car to go to dinner.

Great amenities. Resort has 3 par golf course, which is amazing for the families. No rush, you can take your time and enjoy it slowly with kids. U will be surprised with how well the course is designed and spread around resort. We found course very pictures and staff very helpful. The special mention going to the restaurant team. Thank you for looking after us. It was our sons birthday, the service was amazing with the personal touch. The food is nice and you do not need to leave resort grounds to have a good dinner.

Interior is a little bit tired. Room needs uplift renovations. I was not a fan of the bathroom, especially toilet brush, needs replacing. The carpark spaces a bit narrow. Really all this little things did not matter, we still have a very good time and enjoyed our stay in resort.

Lovely property, the golf course, and surrounds were gorgeous. Every staff member we came into contact with, were super friendly and accommodating. The meals were yummy, and well priced, as was the buffet breakfast. The water pressure of the shower water was phenomenal!

The ‘overflow’ carpark out in the open was pretty bad. Lots of potholes, and became quite flooded towards the end of our trip. Understandably, it was a lot of rain, but it would be nice to have it resurfaced and finished properly. We were often walking mud and grass into our car, as well as into the walkways of the hotel. Also, a tiny small thing we noticed when entering the room for the first time, was the extra blankets in the cupboard were scrunched up and jammed into the top of the cupboard. Unsure whether it was housekeeping staff, or whether it was the previous occupants (had it been washed?)

Location, facilities, easy walk to beach but especially the restaurant. Could eat in or takeaway. Food was excellent. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and informative, extremely helpful. Good bed and water pressure. Loved full size fridge and large balcony. Very comfortable overall.

It was clean and recently painted but required some maintenance in our room. Broken, chipped tiles on the outside of the spa bath. 1 toilet roll holder missing out of the 2 on the wall. One towel rail a bit sagging (coming loose on the wall). Hose on washing machine had a pressure leak when we used it. Some permanent marks/damage to the kitchen bench tops.

Best Customer Service to accomodate a major stuff up by myself. Thank you x a million! I originally booked for 2 adults but it should have been 2 adults and 2 kids. We opened the door (after a long tiring drive) and there was only one bed in the room. I called reception and it immediately was sorted out for alternate accommodation within the resort (felt like an upgrade that is for sure). It was done with such lovely customer service as I felt like a big idiot. They still made me feel super welcome despite my error. Studio room to a big beautiful 1 bed apartment.

We only stayed one night as Coffs was not our destination. Pleasantly supprised by price at short notice. Breakfast was great , also good value. E had a minor issue with smelly drains but to their credit it was resolved very quickly. Under cover parking was also appreciated. This was a great start to our holiday, we felt safe and comfortable in their surroundings

What I’m about to say is an industry as well as facility issue. The cleaners seem to forget about smelly drains. They dry out if not flushed through with fresh water regularly then become smelly. Easily solved by a bit of water flow into the drains and a squirt of bleach or disinfectant. As I stated above housekeeping solved the problem for us promptly.

Although a large property with lots of people staying, the room itself was very quiet and has enough facilities to cope with large volumes of people. Beach access isn’t great for families but there are 3 pools, tennis, basketball and a play area. There is a 9 hole golf course as well (8 hole at the moment with the 4th currently out of action). Breakfast and dinner available from the restaurant.

Loved the availability and access of facilities. You can just relax and not leave the resort if you don’t want to. Fantastic place to relax and unwind. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Loved the variety of pools. All were heated. Our teenagers also used the basketball courts and had a game of golf . They also enjoyed the free wifi. Rooms were good . Beds comfortable , fold out lounge bed ok for kids and teenagers. We paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was pretty good . Gym had cardio equip and weights . Lots to do in Coffs. Had fish and chips near the Jetty, spent a whole day a Big Banana with heaps of activities . Went paddle boarding Boambee Reserve ( which also has a great Cafe ).

Loved the holiday resort vibe - felt almost like a tropical island getaway. The resort grounds are beautiful and our 3yo loved the pool. Also a short walk to a pretty beach. We had one dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - both were sensational! The buffet breakfast was great value. Dinner was a bit on the pricey side but turned out to be one of the best meals we've had in a while so worth the price. Convenient kiosk next to pool with simple cheap food options and only a short drive into town.

Would be great if EV charging was available for guests.

I stayed in the Terraces which was a nice change from the main resort and offered a little less ambient noise that the main resort complex. Although there was limited parking available, this wasn't really a concern and most parked on the service road. The accommodation was nice and clean and offered "water glimpses" which was lovely.

I called the Resort restaurant to enquire of their availability but they said it was quite busy and would be a wait of about 45mins either if a 'walk-up' or if I ordered my meal over the phone and picked it up. That was a bit disappointing.
