Easy after hours check in, nice bathroom products, lovely thick fluffy white towels! Very clean and comfortable, the single bed probably could do with a mattress upgrade to match the queen which was great.

The Sandbar Restaurant...who IS run independentantly I must point out but is offered as where to eat. I asked the staff after a swim (the beach IS accross the road) if it was OK to sit in our swimmers to have coffee, after being seated and our order taken my husband was asked to put on a shirt or leave, fair enough, however he didn't have one after a swim & I had made a point to check on this before sitting down...we were incredibly embarassed and had to leave. Put a sign up please, and tell your lovely smiling staff the dress code.

I am a repeat customer and choose this accommodation because of location, near the beach, great parking and the rooms are lovely, always very clean, the staff are lovely, and price point is value for money.

The only disappointing thing was that the restaurant wasn't open, on a Tuesday, night and I couldn't order room service. I had a long trip and was not really in the mood to go out, but forced myself to go and get food anyway from the supermarket.

The apartment was perfect. Set up really well for elderly and/or disabled. Mum is almost 93 and I have had shoulder surgery. Ground floor. Very open plan. Bathroom easy access. Shower wonderful. Receptionist was fabulous, friendly and so helpful. She even helped carry our awkward and heavy food box inside. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Reception shares a wall with the 2nd bedroom. You can hear everything happening as they are just there. At the front door too. No sleep ins in the 2nd bedroom. The pool is very close too. May be a problem in summer. Not for us as it's too cold 🥶 atm. Wouldn't be a problem for some as reception and pool hours very reasonable from this point of view.

Staff were very friendly on arrival. Facilities were very clean. Great location near the beach and the lighthouse, good for walking and discovering the local sites. The cafe downstairs served a great breakfast and the best coffee.

We left early and the key box was a bit hidden - took an extra minute to find, so no real negatives at this place. Was perfect for our stay - just a couple of nights break on the way back to Sydney.

The breakfast was yummy, the beds were super comfy, the vibe was relaxing and the location is superb for an early morning stroll or beach swim, the balcony was lovely and coffee machine was an awesome addition.

The pool could have been bigger and the kids menu at the cafe could have been a bit more kid friendly (simplier), eg. Plain pancakes, icecream/maple syrup or poached eggs on toast- my daughter is fussy and couldn't find anything familiar on the menu.

The location is quiet and off the main road and near a beach. The room was well laid out and cutsie. A non affiliated French restaurant in the same building is excellent and probably the best restaurant in Yamba with a close second to the Pacific hotel nearby.

The absents of an elevator, for elderly travellers makes it difficult to get to most of the rooms upstairs. However the staff kindly helped.

Staff were amazing. When they found out stairs were an issue for me, they rearranged things, so i didn't need to climb as many. They also gave me a run down of the area, places to see, and food places to eat. We took the information and weren't disappointed. Bed was comfy. Room was spotless. Great place to rest your head. Not a place for a disabled person. There are many stairs to navigate without lifts.

We booked late for two nights over New Year. The room description included " no View" but our room had a verandah with a pleasant view looking over the garden trees. The air con was efficient and much needed and the room light, bright, comfortable, quiet and clean. The location was spot on and so handy to everything that we left our car parked in the provided car park and walked everywhere during our stay.

We had views of the sea, pool, close to cafes, stroll across the park to the famous Yamba Hotel and 5 min walk to the township, Recommend the hotel for fabulous views of the sea and great pub grub. We had rain showers, unsettled weather, so walks around the beach, watching whales at the pub with a beer, and wandering around the township - very relaxing weekend away. Accommodation was very central to everything, staff were fabulous.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the beach and a short walk to all the shops and the excellent Pacific Hotel. My room was super cosy and the balcony was great. Everything was very clean. The WiFi was strong and the hotel offers free Netflix. The swimming pool is pretty small but I still jumped in and enjoyed a splash. Car parking is right at the bottom of the stairs.
