Being able to park at the door to my room was appreciated as were the security gates that were kept closed at night. The room was compact and clean though I found some frozen chicken pieces in the freezer compartment of the fridge. The bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioner and fan were great. The courtyard area outside was a bonus for my two small dogs. This property is one of the few in Alice Springs that allow pets to stay.

The shower water went everywhere in the bathroom as the floor is flat and there is no screen. It was very noisy the first night with doors upstairs banging and loud music playing though to be fair, this was not the fault of management.

Good management team, all young professionals. Teddi the maintenance guy fixed the plumbing issue right away, cleaned and even brought new towel. Thank you Teddi. Receptionist provided goog suggestions about local attractions. Location and security is also very good.

Shared laundry in the corridor was real noisy but there is nothing one could do, I guess. Dryer was coin operated and I didn't have dollar coins with me. Hence, make sure you have $1 coins.

Balcony fronting the river, secure building and parking space, close to everything, and friendly staff: reception, housekeeper, and groundskeeper!

Kettle was only negative as it had so much lime deposit that water kept turning milky. When I tried to scrub it the pieces just kept coming loose! I used the microwave so no problem, but definitely time to replace.

Spacious two bedroom with sufficient kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom water pressure. Washing machine and detergent right below unit. Onsite parking. Locked gate. Balcony.

Unit had not been vacuumed. There was a sock on the carpet (nearly the same colour so not noticeable at a glance, but a vacuum couldn't have missed it.) There was a pair of scissors and a pen under the furniture and a power adaptor in the couch.

its great during Christmas period when you don't have to pay for two nites - its great because of outside space for dog .. rooms are fine - comfortable enough and have everything you need

during busy time can't stay because of minimum 2 nite stay so don't stay when driving south other than Christmas time

I love the roomy well equipped one bedroom apartment. The Smart TV is certainly a plus. The bed is excellent and very comfortable.

For an otherwise excellent and well equipped apartment, the rain shower is the main set back as it is impossible to control the water temperature. I would have given this apartment a top 10 rating all round if not for this issue. A relatively lesser issue is the difficulty of opening the downstairs door lock, These two issues need to be addressed to make it a perfect choice.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment. Good location near the centre of town.

Not well sound proofed as the sound of neighbours running the heating over night could be easily heard. The lack of soap for hand washing in the bathroom struck me as unusual.

Loved the beautiful river just beside!

We didn’t get sent check in details - no code to the gate or how to find keys etc so it was a confusing start - but helpful staff when we called the mobile number on the gate who came and sorted us out.

Wonderful spacious well equipped apartment with individual parking below the building. Excellent kitchen facilities, lovely air con unit in each room. Great pool and bbq facilities, lovely people on reception. Our unit had 2 bathrooms which was lovely Also great to have free laundry facilities downstairs from our apartment and a clothesline to hang things out to dry

The shower pressure was a bit dodgy and the taps in the shower were a bit leaky which was annoying, also we had stones thrown through the window by locals in the middle of the night which was a little scary to come home to as there was glass all through the bedroom and beds (lucky we were not there at the time)

The bed was super comfy and luxurious. I liked that you had access to a washing machine in the apartment.

The stove stop was broken resulting in the gas being left on for a little bit. Access to a free dryer would have been helpful but clothes easily dried in the sun on the balcony.
