We had a family room and it was a great size, the beds were very comfortable with a good selection of different pillows to choose from.

Our room overlooked the Main Street and was directly above the gaming room. (Location shown in photo) There was smell from people smoking cigarettes outside in the street below, even with the windows closed. After the hotel closed this stopped and it was very quiet. In the morning there was traffic noise, but it was time to get up and this didn’t interrupt sleep through the night. Rooms at the rear of the property would be much quieter and would not have the cigarette smoke issue.

Was comfortable, Dinners were good. Shower etc all good and clean.

The people who after 9.30pm at night were coming and going on bicycles or walking/loitering from the road to around the rear entrance (smokers area) (Not people that had cars) were not an issue but the dogs freaking out and aggressively barking super loud at them from across the road had me continually waking up and getting up to check on my vehicle.

Location on Main street, close to shops, cafes &dinning. Bed was so comfortable, room was clean, spacious and updated, bathroom was new. Staff are lovely and very friendly. On arrival received a free drink voucher and 10% off meals at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant meals were very good so went back the next night, amazing food.

Wi fi didn’t work in our room, but we just used our mobile data, no problem. As our room was on the end could hear the doors open and close, but after ten at night was very quiet.

Great value pub accomodation in Atherton. My room was very clean, with an extra comfy bed and great hot shower. I stayed for 2 nights and ate in the bistro both nights, the meals were very good on both occasions. Guests staying at the pub get discounted meals and free drink cards, so it was excellent value. They offer a free guest laundry, and the price was also far less than other options in the area. Far exceeded my expectations

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Lovely older style hotel, which has been renovated. The reception staff were great, they gave us 2 free drink coupons for the bar, the room was spotless and huge! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was lovely, as was the shower. The restaurant was excellent good value meals and big serves even on the seniors serves!

Nothing it was all very good.

We stay at this Nightcap whenever we can get accommodation because is in great location with nice restaurant and very clean and pleasant. This time however the shower wasn’t clean!!!! Lots of soap in room nr 17 or 18 (white stains on the floor tiles).

Sometimes difficult to get parking at the back because the locals come for dinner and park there as well.

The staff from admin, to cleaning, to bar and restaurant were all sooooo friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our visit so enjoyable. The locals in the pub were fun and interesting and a joy to be with too. The location is walking distance to everything. I couldn't rate this place any higher - it is fantastic, and we cannot wait to come back!

Comfy beds, clean spacious room, tea and coffee available. Room service if you wanted! The main hotel accommodation manager (apologies for not knowing her name) was incredibly attentive, helpful, and you could tell she wanted us to feel welcome.

Not a drama - we'd booked for four people, but only two towels in the bathroom. The helpful manager sorted us out right away. The building frontage to the main street isn't very welcoming/looks a bit like a scary pub - the inside experience was completely different! I wouldn't have gone in if not for our booked room...

Passing through town decided to stay at Night Cap Atherton Hotel, what a nice surprise ! The bed was super comfy, room was super clean, bathroom super clean and super quiet.Overall the room is excellent nice and roomy large in size as well as bathroom.Has no window but did have sky light which was great. Bar staff friendly, definately worth staying if passing through.
