This beautifully appointed Hideout suite, with its incredibly well thought out floor plan, comes with a small but complete kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, comfy sitting room with fire heater, table, chairs, and a carafe with a bit of Port in it to put a lovely finish on your day. Complete with a comfortable king bed, pillows and crisp linens, my husband and I could've stayed much longer had we not had other plans. It was an unexpected pleasure to arrive and find this new suite available for our use. Thank you, Gina, at the Blue Summit Hideaway!

We stayed in the Cost Suite and it was just gorgeous! So stunning, great location and the shower was honestly the dream!! Gina and Emma were both so lovely and really made us feel special.

They never restocked the mini bar and to be honest if they had I would have kept buying it so I feel like they lost some money there but probably good for my bank account! Haha

A lot of thought has gone into the room design and facilities, including the really useful folder of information about places to visit in the Atherton Tablelands. The hotel is nicely located near the centre of the village of Yungaburra but back off the street and beside a lovely park.

The mattress was a bit jiggly: when one partner rolled over, the other one knew it!

The hotel is walking distance from several restaurants and the the grocery story. The binder they leave with things to see is very helpful!

It would have been helpful to know the various ways up the mountain to Yungaburra. I ended up taking a very windy road in the middle of the night when I could have taken 2 other routes. Be mindful in the wet season, the hotel may loose power and be cut off from the town of Cairns.

We loved the rooms and all the extras - more of a hotel experience

We had the 2 bdr villa - this is at the front of the property and on the road which we didn’t love. If you can get a room at the back it’s quieter and the setting lovely.

Great size and layout of villa, loved the mini bar menu, prices were reasonable and there was a great range of items including bath bombs and body scrubs. The park behind is beautiful! Central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again 😊

Excellent choice for Yungaburra. On the main road so handy for shops, pub, restaurant and platypus viewing areas. Also handy for the barbers! We enjoyed the spa bath and large en-suite. Very quiet area and easy off-road parking.

No separate shower but over bath unit... but no problem

The location in Yungaburra was close to eateries and lots of attractions. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were all good quality. The kitchenette was great for preparing snacks. The unit felt secluded, private and restful.

WiFi in current times should be unlimited.

Location, and privacy away from other guests. The room was spacious and clean and well appointed. We particularly appreciated the electric fire heater and the throw rug to keep warm on those rainy tablelands days.

The studio had a very cosy and warm vibe and was equipped with everything we required for a short stay. The hot water was awesome and the interior of the room was warm on a frosty night. The studio felt secure and was roomy. I absolutely loved the ribbed bathrobes!
