Confusing finding it as it led up a dirt road( no problem ) but when we got to the top we thought we were at a Telstra tower until we went to turn around. Glad it wasn’t dark as one guest experienced. Appears to be no solar light over the key box with map of rooms. Signage at beginning over Dirt Road definitely needed. Our room, The Fern, needed a bench to put cases on as not everyone can keep bending down.

This place is AMAZING! Wish we could have stayed more than one night. As soon as we arrived we felt so chill and relaxed :) Nice to be a little out of town (5 mins) Such a lovely vibe, Down to earth and homely. Very clean. Great kitchen. Room is simple but spotless and a large comfortable bed. Shower pressure is amazing. So nice to relax in the cute little pool and watch the sunset over the hills. Love that it is a share house as we are on our honeymoon and met some cool people and shared a meal with them :) Absolutely recommend staying here. Great stay.

After spending 3 nights at the Retreat,my wife and I very happy about the location:quiet,peaceful…Artherton is very lovely town,we walked around to see everyone,everything all enjoyed…Thanks for making me have opinions.👍🤝

Brilliant location, relaxing house plan. Spacious. Retreat. Castle like location. Inspirational house plan and design.

Let down by absolutely terrible beds. Solid, could feel the edges of steel. Was 2 singles pushed together, which didnt want to stay together. Extremely uncomfortable and not practical. A shame because it ruins an otherwise great experience. Has no Aircon, but it doesnt really need it through its design.

We were initially given The Pantry booking, but found that we were upgraded. Thank goodness. Friends were staying at the house section and they later showed us the Pantry. It would have been good for kids, but we were so pleased to get the upgrade. So much room and we were able to spread out. Used the microwave for our breakfast. So much nicer. Thank you for the upgrade

Some of the furniture was a bit wobbly (stools) and chairs in the house area. Maybe a maintenance check might be in order before an accident may happen. We are nurses so always looking at the safety aspect.

location was amazing with views to boot, also was a great atmosphere, met some great people also holidaying there facilities were great

would suggest putting in outside shower to pre-rinse before and after spa, was long trip to room once cold and dripping wet to warm up... also maybe a communal area toilet.

The place was incredible with great facilities and a very unique atmosphere. The views of the town and mountains from the summit are spectacular. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunset. The property had great facilities, we used the bbq and enjoyed a meal under the stars.

There is wifi but it is not free. However, there’s great mobile network coverage so it wasn’t really a necessity. The only thing missing was an iron box which I had just expected would be in the room. Otherwise, our stay was superb.

Great view over Atherton. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds.

Hard to find. Went to other Rainfirest Summit B & B and up and down Riad looking foraccommodation from address given by Booking.com. Eventually found it but up a gravel Riad. Needs a sign at bottom of Riad.

We had a family room which was lovely. It is in a lovely location with a great view. We had our own private kitchen and sitting area, plus we could go across to a larger common lounge room dining room and kitchen which has a proper oven. Our room/apartment was large, clean and modern with good towels and sheets. It was the nicest place we stayed on our holiday.

The information booklet said that at a sister property in the town they would be given directions to a great platypus viewing spot, it would have been nice if we had that info too

We liked the position and proximity to everything. However the book in process while was very efficient, we prefer the personal touch.

I felt for the size of the bedroom, the doors not sliding efficiently, the rotting timber in the shower, not enough pillows and blankets. It was overpriced. Entrance was dirty and not enough signage to tell guests where the rooms are. We were lucky another couple were leaving as we arrived, so they showed us what to do.
