We were walking distance to everything. The aquarium, 6+restaurants on the same block. You didn’t need to even cross a street. And across the street were plenty more. As well as shops. We walked to everything except Kuranda rainforest. The condo was very clean, there was laundry and 2 pools. Every morning we woke up at 5 to drink our coffee on the veranda and watch the bats fly by. I’d go back just for that.

The bed were very firm and the mater bed room had no door to the bathroom for privacy- miner exception. The whole place is due for a touch up but nothing huge to mention.

The Location and view is absolutely beautiful

The supposed ‘RECEPTIONIST’ was extremely unfriendly arrogant and downright unprofessional She was soo busy socialising with her friend eating and talking loudly at her desk ignoring valued customers On returning the keys she says ‘ thanku’ in the most sarcastic manner There is a key return box which actually renders her presence completely unnecessary Disgusting behaviour in what is a convenient location with beautiful views

A superb apartment with all the necessary mod-cons. To the excellent location overlooking the water from your balcony, the large screen TV with numerous options including Foxtel (major surprise and greatly appreciated), Netflix, Prime etc, the fully functional kitchen with all amenities, two spacious bedrooms both with ensuites, the most comfortable beds we have ever encountered in accommodation, and we've travelled extensively here and abroad, and air conditioning and ceiling fans ( a must in Cairns in February) there is nothing you would want for when staying here. From the moment we booked, the communication with the hosts was first rate. Check in and out was seamless. I cannot speak any more highly of this apartment and its hosts. First rate in every manner.

The views, location, air conditioning everywhere, amazingly positioned comfy deck and good beds.

Very poorly equipped kitchen with no spatula, 3 tumblers, 1 small glass, 3 wine glasses, no paper towels, no baking paper, no clingfilm, no foil, no salt and pepper. Having just arrived from an apartment rental in Port Douglas that had all these and much more, (including a welcome bottle, oils and vinegar for salads) made this bare bones approach very disappointing for the price. So be aware and take EVERYTHING with you if you want to cook.

Spacious and clean apartment in a nice block. The suite was well equipped and everything worked well. Great views from the balcony across the ocean. Good location, very close to all restaurants and other amenities along the Esplanade, felt safe. Didn't meet any staff over the long Easter weekend but didn't need to. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. If I had to be picky, the apartment felt a bit bare and a couple of pictures on the walls or a plant or two could make the rooms cosier.

Incredible views of the esplanade. Excellent location, central to restaurants and cafes. The room was comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities for a family of 5.

Given the central location of the apartment, we could hear a lot of the noise from the streets at night with loud music and general traffic sounds. This was the case even with the windows closed. Also, given the length of stay, it would have been appropriate for the soap, shampoo/conditioner and cleaning products to be supplemented when the sheets/towels were changed.

Apartment had large balcony overlooking the bay. Location was perfect on esplanade, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Ferry terminal short walk away. We can’t thank our hosts enough as we left our passports and money in apartment after checking out - Theona tried to contact us by phone but failed therefore sent an email to let us know and as we’d travelled 2.5 hours south by time we got message she then arranged for someone to bring the passports half way down to us - EXCEPTIONAL service 😊thank you

Richard and Thania could not have been more helpful. They were always on hand and responded quickly to messages/requests. The accommodation is in a prime spot for EVERYTHING and the apartment boasts all you need for a feel like a home from home stay. The views were spectacular. Suitable for a small or large family. Great open space. Just a wonderful wonderful place with wonderful people who could not have been any friendlier, honestly AMAZING!

The lighting was quite dim and it felt like it needed a bit of a paint refresh.

We got the semi penthouse, which was not expected. The views were amazing. Location was brilliant and the place was spotless.

We specifically requested a room with twin beds, as were were travelling with my dad and my cousin. This was confirmed by the host, but when we arrived we found queen beds in both rooms. We got an SMS from the host on arrival that said to get in touch if anything was required, so we replied with this issue. Heard nothing back, leaving one of us sleeping on the couch for 4 nights, as it was awkward for any 2 of us to share the same bed. Other than that, the stay was great

Great location central to Cairns, allowing walking distance to most things, especially restaurants and cafes along the esplanade. Also a great view from a great balcony that allowed comfortable outdoor dining. The apartment not only looks great with modern design and features, it is also fully self contained with everything you need.

The garbage shoot in the building is very small and undercover secured parking a bit tight. However these are relatively minor inconveniences and in no way adversely affected our stay.
