location was great and the amenities were perfect for a family.

The staff didn’t really go above and beyond to assist us. We carried our own bags to our room, we had chase down fresh towels as there was no make up service during our stay. These are such small items but would be expected given the price.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurantas, bars, and train station. The hotel was located close to the beachside boardwalk, although the beach was not for swimming. The coffee shop near reception was a great addition as we did not have breakfast included. Lovely foyer area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful except the pool and surrounding sun lounge area were quite small and windy. The pool was more suited to adults than children. Also the food at the Mexican Bar was a little dissappointing. We didn't try any other food at the hotel although the restaurant always seemed to have plenty of diners. That said we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in Cairns.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—central and convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and refreshed daily with great attention to detail. One of the highlights was the gym—well-equipped and clean.

The only downside was the swimming pool, which was quite small and didn’t offer much space for a proper swim. It’s fine for a quick dip, but not ideal if you're looking to relax or do laps.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the reception area takes advantage of the great weather in Cairns by being half inside half outside. The location is perfectly close to the beach and many restaurants. The beds were VERY comfy, I slept like a baby every night. The shower was perfect temperature and pressure, couldn’t ask for anything more. While there are a couple small complaints, the room itself was 10/10 perfect and there was nothing more than we needed.

The staff gave us different answers to the same question and one staff member lied to us about a request and said there was nothing we could do. When we asked a second staff member he told us the complete opposite and was confused by the first answer we received. The pool is far smaller than in the pictures, and tucked away in the shade. Not really as nice as the pictures make it seem. The Mexican restaurant on the 3rd floor is pretty awful. I’ve been served better guacamole in a premade airplane meal.

The location was fine, the steak restaurant lovely food, but the other restaurant didn’t cater for all tastes. The accessible room was great, and thank you for arranging that.

The tiles at the front of the hotel, though pretty, are dangerous when wet. I saw numerous people slipping, and some fall, and whilst I moved very slowly and cautiously, my walking crutch did not like the wet tiles at all. They are an unacceptable health risk for anyone. I was asked twice on my travels where I had stayed, and when I named the hotel, locals , without prompting spoke of the tiles being a big issue. The green screens blocked much of the view sadly.

Amazing location! We easily walked everywhere we wanted and had no issues parking our rental vehicle close to the hotel. The room was spacious with all the necessities and the most comfortable bed. Staff were impeccable and room was always immaculate when we came back for the evening. We loved the free movies option with lots of variety.

Minor complaint but the pool was always shaded! Definitely would be a non issue in peak cairns summertime heat but would have been nice if there was some sun for other times of the year!

The whole facility is modern a with fresh, stylish interiors. Room was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bedding. Luxe bathroom with high ceilings and rainwater shower head with good water pressure. I was on a high floor and had a lovely view with ceiling to floor windows. Slept great every night. Pod coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good. This is a hotel for getting out and about to explore the region, not hanging out in the room or by the pool. Although when you’re back at the hotel of an evening, it’s a nice place to come back to.

Not many rooms have balconies, which means no fresh air. Rooms are quite small. No space to eat in the room if you don’t want to go out. Pools are quite small. One in in the middle of the public bar/ restaurant, and the other is more like a lap pool. The pool area isn’t designed for laying by the pool all day. No room service after 8.30, which is an early cut-off.

From reception the customer service were so hospitable kind and even though we arrived super early we were able to get a room straight away, I wasnt expecting that at all, we were just going to ask to hold our bags and come back later. The room was super clean, the bed was a dream to sleep on, the rainfall shower was divine, the Mexican eatery on-site was fantastic hats off to the chef. But most of all we had a late flight the next day and they allowed us to be able to use the facilities until it was time to go to the airport. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone I know... location, services, and accommodation were everything I needed and so much more...

Not so much I didnt like, but I wish they had a sauna. Thats it

Clean and fresh, staff were friendly and room was modern. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, great staff and the food was yummy as were the cocktails and all reasonably priced.

We received one of the rooms that faced inside the lobby of the hotel. As we also got the studio room there was no balcony and no fans so facing the dark interior of the lobby was very claustrophobic, if they didn't have a full house I would have asked to change rooms. We were also close to the gym and could hear people running on treadmills so I would recommend avoiding level 2. Apartment doors closed very loudly and the swing tags for the doors bang. So noise levels were a problem for us.

Again, I say the most important thing with accommodation facilities, is the Staff. I found the staff here to be above and beyond and deserve recognition. Great room, large and comfortable bed, great bathroom (larger towels maybe and face washers would be nice), great location, altho parking can be a bit of a pain. Breakfast at CCs was great and at $38 reasonably priced in today's market. I had a snack at Arte which was fantastic, and I've had dinner at CCs previously so I know what a great place and great food it is there. Got a snack from Pachamama which was OK, might try something else next time I'm there.

Room Service was a bit short on choices to be fair. Some simple choices, like a steak sandwich, a normal hamburger and maybe pizza as options would be nice. I actually had a Kids Chicken & Chips w/salad for one meal. Salad was a joke, green leaves do not pass as a salad :-). For once, the wine price was reasonable, maybe a bit expensive for the actual Vineyard, but under what I see at most places. Could do a bit of a rethink on the price of a beer tho. $12 for a Corona is a bit over the top. A carton of Coronas at Dans will run you $55, that works out to $2.30 each. An 80% markup is a bit rich.
