The bed was soooo comfy with good quality linen. The apartment was a good size for a couple and had most things we needed. Location was super close to the main area of Cairns and easy walking distance to good malls and markets. The apartment was super clean and the pool nice and refreshing on a hot day.

Recommend you bring beach towels as there was only 1 towel per person provided. Also an air fryer/benchtop oven would be useful. Eyemasks are also recommended as the nighttime lighting outside the bedroom was brighter than the sun and the shutters didn't quite block it out. Minor problem but worth mentioning if you prefer a dark bedroom.

Excellent location close to cente. Pretty spacious, clean, a/c and fans work well, check-in smooth, complex nice and quiet, parking.

I have similar issues to those previously raised: Borderline aggressive messaging from owners. Not welcoming, not typical and not necessary e.g. 'the cleaner will be present at 10am sharp to enter to start cleaning'. One other warning would be that luggage storage is not possible after checkout they but recommend a place nearby. Factor this into your costing. If these things don't bother you, then it's a clean, quiet, well-located, value for money place to stay.

Of all the places we have stayed in in Australia this was our least favourite one. Can't say there was anything wrong with the room (other than the light coming into the bedroom from the courtyard all night), but there is nothing especially positive to point out either (maybe only the fact that it had a washer and dryer which was really handy). We haven't met the host at all but all we got from them was a list of rules to follow, including the instruction to take out our own trash. Can't say we found it worth the money, but it was one of the cheaper accommodations with a kitchen so I guess we can't complain (still 100+ EUR per night, though).

Villa Vaucluse was in a great location, within walking distance of much of Cairns' attractions and places to eat. The secure parking was handy. The villa itself was clean and comfortable and had heaps of space for the two of us. I spent a long time searching accommodation options in Cairns, and I was really happy that we chose this one.

There could be a little bit of noise from the street, but that's because you're in the middle of everything and it didn't bother us. The complex itself was incredibly quiet.

In summary, my experience with the booking exceeded my expectations on every level. The attention to detail in providing excellent WiFi, thoughtfully designed lighting, well-stocked kitchen utensils, premium toiletries, and ample towel service made this apartment an absolute gem. I highly recommend Apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. It's a testament to the commitment to quality and guest satisfaction that sets it apart from the rest. I will undoubtedly choose same property for my future travels without hesitation.

nothing all was perfect

Loved the location, close enough for a short walk to the vibrant coffee strip on the Esplanade but, still quiet for a relaxing time. The apartment we stayed in was lovely decorated, well equipped with all necessary things, had practical flooring and was very clean. Very handy to have a washing machine/dryer and washing powder! Clear instructions and easy access, especially as we arrived after midnight. Would definitely stay again.

A one-bedroom apartment with separate lounge room and window doors/balcony. The kitchen was roomy enough for cooking a few meals. The bathroom also had laundry facilities. Good location for walking around the main streets of Cairns and returning to apartment in-between (e.g., lunchtime, pre-dinner). Manager was not on-site but promptly replied to my message (re using garage for last night of our stay).

A few extras were missing in kitchen (tea towel, dish cloth). Also, laundry sink plug was missing. The crockery was chipped so definitely needs to be replaced. The interior of apartment looked a bit tired (compared to the fresh white paint on exterior) but that is probably reflected in the current price! Some areas could have been a bit cleaner (e.g., some kitchen utensils in cupboard had not been checked for cleanliness after previous guests checked out).

Although minor these extra things would make this apartment perfect; Two pillows for each person on the bed and not one Face washers Better curtains in the bedroom over the bed to prevent the light coming through (the head of the bed lies directly beneath the window making it difficult to sleep with so much light from the foyer coming through)

The location was ideal for us, quiet yet at the same time its easily accessible to the shopping and eatery area within walking distance. The room was clean and comes with facilities like washing machine, dryer, microwave an etc.

The bed was not as comfortable, need more floor mats and tablecloths. No daily clearing of rubbish and no where to throw.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a washing machine and dryer. The secure underground car park is great as I always travel Australia with a car. Very convenient location, you can walk anywhere in the inner city area.
