location is great. it is not new but it's clean and tidy. after booking the hotel, I strongly recommend you to ensure the hotel can find you (by the booking.com chat, email, phone number e.t.c.). When I first arrived in Australia, the staff told me the hotel's lift was out of order and they offered a full refund. They were allocating all customers on the lower floors and I was only on the 3rd floor so I am happy with that. They are doing a good job in maintaining the property in a clean and good order.

The room was self contained and very well appointed. Looking down onto a car park was not the greatest but we spent so little time in the space it was not a problem. The bedroom was great and very comfortable with built in robes. The bathroom maybe needed a spruce up but was clean and well appointed. Having a washing machine (new front loader) and a dryer was a bonus. Kitchen was very good to use and the lounge was extremely comfortable. Reception was very helpful at all times.

The bathroom needs a little updating as the tiles were painted over and had begun to peal in some spots. I would imagine the humidity being a tropical location would not help.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this accommodation deserves it. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They answered all my queries & helped me to figure out what to plan in and around. The room was clean—fresh linens, clean bathroom, and even smelled great. Location was great & close to all amenities. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for affordable comfort and great service!

Great location. Very well maintained and clean. Good looking pool and bbq area. Lift was fast and after hours check in was no problem. Air conditioning worked well. Single control for whole apartment.

The apartment has Foxtel however this never really worked. Renovations in the adjacent apartment were extremely noisy and continued quite late into the evening.

I had never been to this accommodation before. I was concerned when I approached as it was hidden away. However once inside the place was awesome. It was clean, everything that you needed was supplied. I had been up in the Torres strait islands hence I needed to do my washing as I was moving on to Melbourne. So happy to find washing powder in the machine and get my washing done, dried and ironed. Enjoyed a lovely clean room, comfortable bed and restaurants right outside to get some dinner. Really convenient location.

Could not find any faults to be honest. I forgot my phone charger. I called the receptionist as I had arranged for someone to pick it up for me. They retrieved it and had it waiting ready for pick up. Workers honesty was out standing.

It was comfortable, clean and welcoming , we had booked another place but it was that disgusting we left and found this one late at night , we booked it at 11 there after hours number was answered and the lady was very accommodating and contacted the caretakers to let us in the lady who looks after the place was very kind and understanding and l opened up the underground parking for us as it gets locked by 8 pm to keep cars safe . For to room and were so relieved that we had a beautiful clean place to stay and it was the best sleep we’ve ever had ,definitely recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained, right in the heart of town — which made everything super convenient. The room was clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommended if you're looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The location was excellent, able to walk to everything in the city and close to restaurants, chemists and supermarkets. The room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and good linen, especially the pillows. There are two tv's sorting out the channels was a bit difficult. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well and had everything we needed, fridge was small but suited our needs. Plenty of parking if hiring a car.

Sometime there was a bit of street noise, but I think you would get that from most accommodation in the area and you can't help the local birds flying in.

The postion is a ten minute walk to the ocean, and Woolworths and bws are right across the street. Clubs and food are also walkable, so there is no need for ubers on a night out. The pool was lovely and clean.

The floors of our room definitely could have used a mop before we came and the bath/showers waterpresure wasn't the best. In addition, not having an oven was a bit inconvenient and the outdoor furniture was definitely lacking, and one piece was falling apart in places

Fantastic central location in a spotlessly clean complex. The rooms are spacious, and each apartment has a balcony to watch sunrise or sunset. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and large windows look out from it and the living area. Very comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Friendly helpful reception person, and parking available under the building.
