The property is centrally located, just 10 minutes' walk to the ferry. We booked a 1 BR for 4 nights, which was very spacious for 2 adults. The rooms were exceptionally clean and had most of the day-to-day amenities like a kitchenette with induction, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Air fryer, kettle and refrigerator. Almost, everything required for a comfortable stay. The property is safe, while the main entrance, lifts, the passage outside rooms are accessible with your key card. Walking around the neighbourhood was very safe even late in the night. There are excellent cafes and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. The reception and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful and made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to restaurants, cafes and the harbour (where you can get the ferry or boat tours or cruises). The apartment was a good size, with great air-conditioning. It was impressively clean. I found it very quiet. Was a bit odd that you had to contact reception to get access to a toaster, however it did have an airfryer. Did not use the pool. $2 hire for a pool towel. Shower was excellent. Check in was easy and they had bag storage if you arrived a bit early. I really liked it and would stay again.

The staff are incredibly kind, professional, honest and respectful, both on the phone and in person. They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone's stay is positive and comfortable. Very family friendly also. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Australia, not only because of the facilities and location, but the entire positive experience, everything was made so easy and our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool was great also!

There is nothing I didn't like. Overall a very positive experience

The location is excellent, close enough to the Esplanade restaurants without the noise. We arrived after reception had closed but access to our room was easy to navigate. Plenty of cutlery and crockery options in our room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Taking the shuttle from the airport was convenient for a fee of $20 that can be arranged at the Exemplar coaches desk at the airport. My check in was quick (I prechecked online) and the staff were lovely. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the convenience of the location to the main part of Cairns. The little balcony was useful for drying towels and swimwear.

I was awoken by some water dripping onto my face at about 2am one morning. I quickly realised that the air conditioner in room 306B was dripping onto my pillow (and face). I moved to the other side of the bed and slept for the rest of the night, after taking some evidence in photos because all that water on the pillow had dried by the morning. I reported this to staff who were very apologetic and promised to address the issue. Also, plumbling noises can be heard through the walls from other rooms.

I liked that the place was really clean and offered us amenities that we didn't want to have to carry around like soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Every time we passed the main desk the staff always greeted us with a smile and engaged with us. I liked that you had to have a card to access the doors after hours made us feel safe.

I would say there was nothing that was a didn't like. However, I would suggest including more blankets. Sometimes its nice to snuggle on the couch with a blanket but the room only had one that was put away in one of the closets.

Staff were friendly, the place was clean and quiet and the rooms were quite cosy. The pillows were all usable, not hard and none of those double thick or super thin ones you can't sleep on.

They offer a discount if you book through their official website but their booking system was atrocious and booking system crashed several times so I booked through booking.com to avoid it but they still ask you to complete a precheck-in which works as well as their booking system. The hot water in the bathroom also took several minutes to kick in, my partner had it on full hot and just took a freezing shower thinking there was no hot water but it kicked in halfway through mine after. Different times of day didn't produce different results.

Location was exactly where we needed it to be, for the event we had come to town for. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and offered a smoking area on the balcony, which is extremely rare! But very welcome. Will definitely stay here again. The staff were exceptional, especially Hannah! Helped with my disabled mother, and went above and beyond. Always makes a difference.

The only gripe I had, was not enough power points, a quick fix would be a power board in the rooms, for all the gadgets we need to charge. But literally the only gripe I have. So not bad 🤷🏼‍♀️

Park Regis is a fantastic place to stay overall. The apartment suite is a luxurious home away from home with everything you could want and more. It was spacious, extremely well equipped with a lovely expansive balcony. The desk area, storage room, and kitchen was great. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the reliable level of excellent cleanliness. The beds and rooms always feel so fresh crisp clean and comfortable.

I was a bit surprised that for the more expensive room option there were two issues that could have been improved - the air con was a bit dusty and musty and the bed was two singles pushed together which compromised the comfort that the bed could have provided. Overall these are minor complaints though, still a very nice place to stay.

Excellent quality accommodation in Cairns . Super Comfortable apartments, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi and above all excellent hosts. They were incredibly helpful and kind so we really enjoyed our stay with them, many thanks! A special mention for Sophie on reception who was exceptionally kind and made our stay that bit more memorable so thank you!
