The apartments are ideally located, with direct secure gate access to the Esplanade, and very close proximity to multiple dining options, Great Barrier Reef trip wharves, Aquarium, Night Markets, playgrounds and activities all within 5-10mins walk. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were the highlight however, extremely spacious (we had a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment) and well appointed - our room had 4 air conditioning units, two bathrooms/showers, a kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, and all items you might ever need within it. An in room laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, a good sized deck. The apartments have a choice of two pools, gym, and common BBQ area. Exceeded our expectations. I cannot tell you how special the front desk made my little daughter feel as well, she would look forward to briefing them on all the activities she had planned for the day each morning, and their were so patient and attentive to her! Loved it.

I liked everything, so this is more advice for awareness: as a serviced apartment (rather than a hotel) there is no catering options onsite (so you will need to either take supplies, order in or go for a short walk for food options) and just important when booking any tour pick up or transfers, just to ensure they go to the main entrance which is the other side of the property from the Esplanade.

The location was great and the reception staff were really friendly.

I booked two apartments 4 months in advance and requested sea views and rooms to be located close together because we were a family group with young children. I was consistently told up to the day we arrived that nothing could be guaranteed. I find it strange that even booking so far ahead that this request could not be confirmed or denied. Some certainty would have been appreciated in the lead up. As it turned out, one room had patchy sea views and the other, although located on the same floor, was not close by and looked directly into the entrance of large hotel next door. It was pretty disappointing and not what we were hoping for. I wouldn’t book a hotel in the future that couldn’t guarantee us these type of requests four months ahead.

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed — from TVs in each room to a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and gadgets. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the facilities were excellent. We especially loved the beautiful pool and spa. The staff were warm and welcoming, and a big shout-out to the amazing cleaning team — they were friendly and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful premises, comfortable and clean in an excellent location in Cairns. Close to airport and all amenities in town. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a barbecue area near the pools. The beds were comfy. Rachel in reception was so friendly and was incredibly helpful and suggesting snorkelling tours.

Because we were a large family group of 7 adults, we booked two luxury 2-bedroom apartments. We were very disappointed to see that while one apartment (No 206) was excellent and spacious, the second was not of the same quality (No 205). It appeared to be much smaller both in the number of rooms (there was no study room) and in size (it appeared to be only about 2/3 the size of the better apartment). There was no bath, the kitchen was not part of the living room configuration, and the bedrooms were quite a lot smaller. Further, the apartment was close to the hotel next door with noisy vehicles coming and going. In all, there was a big difference in quality for the same price. I would recommend that the owners of the apartments considered downgrading apartment 205 from luxury to standard.

Staff were friendly and helpful where possible. Unit was clean and had all facilities to be self contained. Plenty of space for 2 couples or family of 4. Good location to the Esplanade.

Couple of small things. Showers have no door only a half screen so what spills out onto the ensuite floor where your bathmat gets drenched. A small lip would probably help with this. A fan was not operational but didn't affect comfort as it was winter. A/C in one bedroom was creaking and needs fixing.

Cairns is truly a wonderful place, and our stay there was incredibly enjoyable. The facilities and amenities were excellent, with the well-equipped kitchen being particularly impressive. The spacious kitchen allowed us to cook together as a family, creating wonderful memories. Additionally, having a washing machine and dryer available made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated being able to watch Netflix and other streaming services on the TV, which allowed us to enjoy movie nights with the kids. The location was fantastic, with the proximity to the beach providing the perfect setting. The daily cleaning service was also greatly appreciated, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.

I had a really wonderful experience. I couldn't find any negative points.

Location is within walking distance of Esplanade and restaurant area. Apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen (with all required facilities) and a large living room with dining area and sitting area.

As we flew in to Cairns late we arrived after reception closing time. We had to get our room key from a lock box which worked fine, except when we got into the elevator it didn't work. Luckily someone just called the elevator to our floor so we could go up with all our bags. Turned out that we didn't receive the correct card to tap the elevator pad to get it to access our floor.

Location was excellent, the apartment very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The swimming pools were great. Fiona on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and patient and helped us organise two outings at short notice. We were very grateful to her.

My only small point is that it would have been helpful to have more instructions in the apartment on how all the equipment etc. worked, rather than finding out through trial and error. However everything else was of a very high standard.

Our accommodation was exactly what we wanted, 3 bedrooms, all with aircon, fan and tv. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, with modern facilities. The apartment was a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pools were clean, we used the smaller one at the back. No noise, very quiet. Big kitchen entertainment area. Loved the noodles in the pool, we stayed there for hours.

There were a couple of things we needed to fix, the Ice machine in the fridge which my husband cleaned out and fixed, the plug got stuck in the main bathroom and the remote holders came off the wall but all very minor issues that were easily fixed. Would have been great if there was some cards or board games etc.

Convenience, comfort, self contained, safe and secure. Well equipped, comfortable, tasteful, supplied with everything you need from toilet paper to dishwashing tablets and washing sachets!

Or apartment had a bit of foot traffic from being ground floor and by the pool. For our short stay this was acceptable. We are also unused to living in a unit complex. Facilities were excellent but we didn’t have time to enjoy them. Next time😁
