Even before arriving, the staff/management were very helpful as we needed to adjust our booking to extend by an extra night. Check-in was quick and easy. On opening the door, you were met with a clean, spacious, and pretty room that felt instantly calming and comfortable. As we arrived later than expected, we chose room service. The meals arrived on time and were delicious. They are also affordable and you are definitely not hungry after. Shower was great no stepping over a bath. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't hear noise from other guest or any road noise. I would highly recommend this motel.

Place is immaculate, I have severe dust allergies and have never stayed in a place this clean. It didn't trigger my allergies. The rooms are well insulated and soundproof (tested by our cranky, tired, loud 2-year-old that had just learnt to squeal, but the people next door heard nothing). Amenities were good, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. They also have a bbq and laundry. Hot water is hot and has great pressure. Good wifi. Owners were lovely. My husband had more interaction with them as he took our kid for walks to work off leftover energy. We visited to go hiking out at Crows Nest National Park, and it was lovely to find this place. We will be back at some point.

Lighting in rooms could be brighter for the main lights but still good.

It was a nice motel, with lovely spring flowers in the garden. We liked that there was a BBQ which we used one night. The room was very large, well appointed and the bathroom was one of the largest and nicest we have had in a Motel.

It was very impersonal, we never saw a staff member in the 3 nights we were there. We received a text msg as we were about to arrive, and that our room was unlocked and the key inside, which was ok as we had already paid. I was disappointed they took the money from our account just days after I had booked the room, weeks ahead of our stay, unlike most motels who only take the money on your arrival. Our room wasn't serviced our whole stay, and we had to empty our own bin as we were having breakfast and dinner in the room so had food scraps etc., that were getting smelly. Also that meant our tea, coffee, milk etc., and toiletries weren't being topped up daily, so only had the equivalent of one days worth provided, and it was one of the most expensive places we stayed in.

Room was spacious and absolutely spotless!! Bigger than expected fridge and even a hot plate. Reverse cycle air conditioning was very handy as it was cold, rainy and windy. Host was very friendly! Lovely lady! Plenty of extra towels

Due to the design of the shower recess, a large amount of water splashes on the floor. We had plenty of towels however so used them to mop up water.

Location. Rooms were very good.

We requested rooms for 6 adults and 4 children for 2 nights. The rooms provided were for 3 children only. When we queried this with the owner a family room was available at considerable extra cost, as we discovered later This seemed to be a problem with Booking.com in recommending room types. We should say that the owner was accommodating in finding a cabin at the van park (same owner) given that one of our family had a small blind dog that was not allowed in the motel room.

Quietness & how clean the room was this was the 3rd motel I had stayed in the last week and was the cheapest dollar wise but was the best out of the 3

It was abit further out of town than I would normally stay when in the area but with everything else booked out I had no choice but if needed in the future I would not hesitate to stay there again

Location was great, easy access from highway and fairly close to Crows Nest. Our room was well appointed, clean, smelt great and was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bathroom was fairly large and the water pressure excellent with plenty of hot water. The kitchen had everything that we might need.

Great location with easy access to Crows Nest. We used the kitchen and found it practical and well appointed. Plenty of hot water in the shower and excellent pressure. It was nice to have a full size table to sit around. We really enjoyed our stay.

A warm welcome from the owner made a great first impression. The rooms were perfectly decorated and very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you Crows Nest Motel for a wonderful stay.

This was an above average motel with ample seating and extremely clean. Not to be missed.
