Good location on the south side of Gladstone. Short distance from a small group of shops and a laundromat if needed. Good parking. Good sized fridge which meant more could be kept under refrigeration. .. not just a small bar fridge. Large desk area. Good sized shower, bathroom areas in good condition.

Noisey plumbing sounds from adjacent room. TV couldn't receive all the regular channels for some reason. Bathroom ceiling could do with a touch up. The need to put the "book opening" style of suitcase on the floor.

THey were happy to take on my booking and were not phased by the fact that i had an assistance dog, even thou they had a no pet policy. So where up to date with current legalities when it comes to assistance dogs and she was very nice. Advised us that she had sold the place thou and that the new owners being the government were not taking any new booking from the 1st July. Which was sad cause it was a nice motel for those on a tight income like myself who lives off the dsp.

Wonderful, clean, spacious room. Had everything you need and staff where every accommodating. The refinery is close, but I can't hear a thing. It is on the main drag coming into town. Easy access and plenty of parking on and off the road. Traffic is little to none for where the motel is situated. No need to take photos - Reason cos it was just like the photos online. Each room had little table and two chairs at front of room and undercover parking right at the door.

Room was modern and comfortable. Bed and pillows good. Fast check-in and polite staff. Walking distance to shops and the local sports club for a meal.

The room we were in was in a corner, therefore no car park near the room. When we arrived, there was a child sitting up against the door to reception and the owner had to yell at them to move away from the door. Then we observed the boy urinate against the wall of the motel reception. Not a good look. I assume these children belonged to the owner.

We stayed just one night, everything from pre-communication & checking to shared kitchen area and cleanness of our room/ensuite worked well. Staff was very friendly - provided us lots of useful information and help. Whole property managed well and their price is really cheap considering facilities, cleanness and size of the room. We'll definitely stay again when back to Gladstone.

Everything was good; location is not in the city centre, however just a few min drive to go there with no traffic.

The roadworks outside are both noisy and inconvenient, but this is no fault of the motel and won't be forever. Stepping outside the room, I was hit with a veil of cigarette smoke from the lady cleaning the room next to mine. The room was next to the laundry, and having worked a late shift, I was trying to sleep as late as possible, but this was not an option with the washing machine thumping into the wall. The roadworks start before 7am and this is noisy too but not the hotel's fault.

Very very clean and comfortable certainly exceeded my expectations due to the cost of my stay. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I forgot to take my clothes out of the wardrobe and recieved a call to tell me I had left them..... such honesty. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay!

Ground floor. Good in room amenities like decent size refrigerator and microwave. Good shower pressure.

Bit noisy from neighbours. Also cigarette smoke wafting into my room but all that was prob not the motels fault. Uncomfortable pillows. (I usually take my own but not on this occasion)

Quiet even though on a busy road. Clean room, nice hot shower

There was no information in the room, eg. maps, local places of interest etc. I had to find the lady and ask for maps and also Wifi password. These should be available in the room. But otherwise all good.

I didn’t have breakfast there I thought the location was fantastic for where our functions were held The lady who looks after the place was very friendly and had a happy disposition
