Location was great. Easy access. Decent service. Motel felt clean, considered and cared for. They seemed to want to offer a good quality product. Pet friendly so definitely would come back for work or with pets on holiday.

Noise rules are lenient and not enforced. Quiet time 10pm to 8am but people playing music at 11pm or yelling at midnight or one lady had a dog howling for days and nothing done to enforce the rules. Walls are thin. You need to be more firm.

Very centrally located in town , convenient , staff had organised late check in even before I could ask for it, EXTREMELY CLEAN , easy acces to restaurants etc nextdoor , Very quite , Best value for money I've sen in a long time . Nothing flash and a bit outdated but that is overshadowed by the excellent value for money and cleanliness !!

Some of the visitors are rowdy all night, particularly from Thursday night to Sunday night.

Been here twice in the past week, on my way to Heron Island and back. The location is amazing, close to the marina, close to the parkland and the city centre. The building is kinda old but it looks like it's undergoing some renovations, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Appliances aren't new but working all fine. Textiles fresh and beds comfortable. Easy to check in and check out, handy parking, wifi works ok, didn't need to worry about anything. For the price, ticks all the boxes. Couple of small notes: (1) milk is provided in tiny containers so if you're a milk drinker get your own big bottle elsewhere in advance, (2) it seems some locals live in the motel and they have parties with their friends which can go quite late (maybe I was just so "lucky" both times), so earplugs may be useful. Apart from that, a nice quiet place, definitely recommend.

A good night sleep, the easy booking and accessing the room key was great. 👍

The 1990's decor and the '80's bathroom, but it was all good, clean and what was to be expected, and I would happily stay there in the future 😊

Communication prior to trip was excellent. Ability to check in at own time was easy and appreciated. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with all basics covered. Location is top notch in terms of the CBD. Coffee close by!

Place is a little run down but is great value for the money. Can't fault it really.

Little bit outdated but had a comfortable sleep and it was quiet. Secure parking at the door of our unit. Plenty tea, coffee and milk supplied.
