I liked 99.99% about this place, first of all my bed it was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it, I've stayed in a lot of places and never slept as well as I did. 2nd the shower best pressure and it was like unlimited hot water. 3rd the room was massive everything was where it should have been. 4th the parking there was always a space spare. The staff where awesome from front desk to house keeping, I just wished I tried the food if they were open for breakfast I would have been there.

The only 2 things that was wrong here 1st was the TV, it was hard to watch while laying in bed properly, 2nd while I was there breakfast it would have been great to have breakfast as I had to go to 3 places for breakfast cause it was hard to find a good place to eat breakfast (I know it's hard to run a kitchen so this isn't a negative feed back just didn't want to travel to far to eat) other then that no problems

The bed in my room was ridiculously comfortable and w super soft sheets, I slept so soundly and for longer than I thought possible. Great kitchen utensils/ cooking appliances. It's right in the middle of everything you could possibly want. The manager was very approachable and kind and nothing was a problem for him

The only gripe is please put in a plug for the jacuzzi in the room. Apart from that, I love this place

Great location, good value for money for one night. The reception lady was phenomenal in helping out to ensure my stay was peaceful. The shower was perfect, the bed was very comfy.

Didn't know about the security deposit prior to booking, but other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Accommodated our group across five rooms, all located together. Plenty of parking, easy walk to restaurants, very clean and tidy.

Directions about location of check-in a little confusing (it’s across the road at the Gladstone). Minor inconvenience that was sorted quickly.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very good and the service provided was excellent. Would definitely like to recommend this place to stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, towels were very fresh and fluffy, the apartment was lovely.

As I have mobility issues I found it extremely difficult to get into the shower because of the height of the bath tub.

The location of the motel was outstanding. Clean room with plentiful space. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Everything was beyond our expectation. There was an induction stove which we needed.

The bathroom sink was clogged in room 521. Other than that everything was very good.
