Beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay..toiletries supplied were very nice. We were most happy with our stay, checked in and out and never saw anyone!

The bed was very firm. We like a firm bed but with a softer pillow top. This bed lacked the soft top few inches to sink into! A few basic condiments is good when you're traveling, like salt and pepper, paper towel, some cooking oil, glad wrap etc...always good to open pantry and see that!

Lack of a sunny space to sit outside our unit and no view from unit 4. toilet and bathroom upstairs from the main area

Spacious, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. Like the huge terrace. The washing machine and dryer were most useful.

Limited and poor WiFi. Couldn’t access WiFi on second day of our stay! Their staff Ann was most helpful and sorted out the WiFi issue. She even upgraded our apartment.

The beds were very comfortable and it was a very clean and well equipped apartment had nice open views over the rooftops to towards the sea and had parking. Laundry was available in the apartment too.

Lovely and clean apartment. Close to everything we needed

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults through booking.com and upon check in were given a 3 bedroom. Because we used the 3rd bed we were charged an additional $250. There was no communication to say not to use the 3rd bed and it would have been nice to know before hand as we would have made do with the 2 bed that we orginally booked. :(

Location was a short drive to everywhere, we even walked one night to the Steak House at the Queens Hotel for dinner which took us only 9 minutes to walk it.

Not your fault but our bed was a little firm for our liking. A bit like the kids book "Goldilocks" eh? Struggling to find fault with our accommodation.

The property was clean, great location and great staff.

The only thing I think could be improved is more than on TV in a 3 bedroom apartment. I have stayed in various units and they all have more than one TV.

Unit was very comfortable and well appointed for the price.

Dining chairs were a bit hard...cushion maybe..
