Comfortable bed and furnishings. Spacious layout of room. Property is modern and well kept. The property has secure undercover parking. (I don't think this important feature is mentioned in on line descriptions that I saw.) Staff on reception and housekeeping were always friendly and helpful.

Light switches were confusing. Apparently one was a master switch but that was not obvious (no labels). Some kitchen utensils were old and tarnished. Not a big problem for us but could be offputting to other guests. Coffee cups were very small and looked like cheapest to buy! Coffee Mugs would be more appropriate. Mugs could even have corporate logo design - good marketing! The room has partitions that use a plastic track built into the floor. Bathroom towels a bit cheap and thin too. Cannot use more than twice after showering. I'm probably being too fussy, overall the room and the property were very good!

Clean and well equipped.

Had an issue over the whole 3 day stay with the Aircon. It just kept reverting back to 19 degrees which was too cold for me. However the young lady at reception was extremely helpful and as it was over the Christmas break was not easy to fix. She helpfully then set it at 24 degrees controlled from office which was better but then I couldnt make any adjustment at all on it or even turn it completely off. Other than that issue it was all good. That is the second time I have stayed there. My husband and I stayed there in 2016 when we revisited Heron Island for our 50th wedding anniversary where we had honeymooned in 1966. He passed away almost 2 years ago . My granddaughter and her husband now living in Gladstone . Many happy memories of the beautiful Heron Island.

We were welcomed by staff like royalty for our 25th wedding anniversary. During checkin we were told we were given a FREE room upgrade and they even put a bottle of bubbles in the fridge for us. It was just beautiful and our view was lovely. The room was very spacious with a full size fridge, kitchen/cooking facilities and washing machine & dryer. It’s close to a lot of eateries and coffee shops and our breakfast was fabulous. There’s a full size mirror and the bathroom is great. The shower door didn’t leak so the bathroom floor stayed dry which is always nice. It was just perfect for us who had been travelling all day and we’re looking for a comfortable bed. We will be staying here on our next visit as it was such good value for money - especially with breakfast. Thank you to management and staff for surpassing all expectations.

We were welcomed to the hotel with a smile and happy demeanour. Dinner advice was excellent. Room was spacious and kitchen well stocked. We also made good use of the washing machine & dryer.

WiFi was terribly slow. I measured it at 8mbps download and 0.61mbps upload. ZTV casting function took forever to load. Ended up using 4G on my phone. On second morning the aircon vent was dripping water onto our clothing. The pool was a little underwhelming. The tracks on the floor can be a little painful if standing on them in bare feet. Shower leaked heaps into bathroom.

The reception staff are excellent. They are so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was far larger than expected and everything was perfect. The fact that there is a restaurant and coffee shop down stairs is brilliant. There's even a gaming room for those who like a little flutter. Over all it was a fabulous stay. Secure parking and very very safe place to stay

Honestly there was nothing not to like about the place. Everything was amazing. I guess if I had to pick one thing it probably isnt suitable for families as there aren't any 2 bedroom apartments that I'm aware of but that didnt bother us

Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious room with everything you might need - full size fridge, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. We had a balcony with views over the township. Great location right in the town center. Plenty of free onsite parking. The woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. The only negative was the pool under maintenance which was bad timing as it was so hot. Highly recommend this hotel to stay.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was super comfy. The room was spacious and had a small living area which was good. Couch was ok to sit and watch TV. Pillows were great and having the room serviced daily even though it said it wouldn't be was a surprise but a good one.

The bathroom was a little small and the water pressure in the shower was not great. Not a huge amount of counter space if it was a couple, I would have struggled. It was ok for a single.

Paid for room when I checked in. After I checked out and had arrived home, I checked my Credit card and found that they had charged me again for the room. Phoned and inquired about the double charge. I was told that this was normal and how their system worked, and the second charge would be reversed in a few days. It took 4 days and a second phone call to get charge reversed. I don't believe this normal. I've stayed in a few hotels and never been charged twice.

As expected the rooms are great. Clean and spacious, great location in the Gladstone CBD. Great view of the CBD especially at night. Staff were very friendly. Although in the CBD it is a very quiet area.

We ordered breakfast $25 pp with our stay at the time of booking and received a voucher to use at the Coffee Club. The voucher was for food up to $18 plus a coffee. Average compared to other hotel offerings we have had in the recent past.

The hotel provided all the essential amenities for our family - especially the adjoining rooms for us to share between. We especially appreciated the washer & dryer in the bathroom that allowed us to complete some laundry before returning home. The bedding was extremely comfortable, kitchen facilities were great. The access to the restaurant & bar (with amazing staff) was exactly what we needed after a long drive.
