It was one of the best places we stayed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Just walking into the reception was so calming and lovely with the greenery and lights, ! We had to book somewhere because the family had Covid while we were on the way!because we couldn’t stay with them. my husband has a walker and we were supposed to stay at a top floor but the lovely manageress, Jill, I think, changed bookings around so we could have a ground floor room! I recommend the place to anybody, it’s just perfect! Everybody was smiling whatever we requested! Thanks to all

All of it , the cleanliness, and all the staff was fantastic nothing was to much for them!

Myself and the rest of my family, 6 in total, stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 1 night recently and I wish it old have been a much longer stay! The appartment was spacious.. all 3 bedrooms were a good size, a full kitchen and the living area exceeded expectation! The pool area is well maintained and 1 of we largest I've seen in a motel that's not a resort. There was plenty of room for us all and I would definitely recommend anyone travelling with a large family to consider staying there, it was priced well, most accomodation in gladstone would have required me to book 2 rooms to fit us all.This option was better value for money and I will be coming back to stay again!

Everything was fantastic

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to pubs and restaurants. Access to a gym was great. Being given a breakfast package on arrival was a good extra, staff also offered bottled water.

New lounge furniture is needed, really uncomfortable sofa.

The apartment hotel is in a central location with easy walking access to all local facilities (Pub's, bar's, Restaurants etc.) The Gladstone out door Olympic size swimming pool is a 5min walk from the Apartment Hotel (which we used in August coming from the UK!!).

Good location

The room wasn't clean with open food like marshmallows being found in the cupboard and when dropping my wedding ring down the lounge when retrieving it we found the sofa was disgusting under the cushions with all sorts of rubbish left behind. Queen size bed requires replacing as you could feel the springs when sleeping on it.

The size of the unit (adjoining studio + 2 bdrm) was great and the location was perfect with plenty of parking.

The upholstery and curtains were long overdue to be cleaned and the dishwasher and couch were broken. Some TLC required in general.

Was very Comfortable

The dryer in my room was broken and made an extremely loud noise. The maintenance man was upset that I had to call him to the room on 2 occasions

Parking at night was difficult. Not sure where you would park if every park was taken . Big vehicles mean things are tight.

Very friendly staff. Location was good.

The heat filled hallway after being in an air-conditioned room. We were not used to the humidity and it took our breath away each time.

Toilet was leaking could only use the onsuit other than that and the oven not clean muck in we had to clean before use.pots and cutlery not in correct rooms and toaster did not work.we sorted
