Restaurant first class , had Xmas lunch there, cold servers was great , main was absolutely disgusting roast beef was so tough, could not cut it or eat it, never ever had beef, and ham as tough as that in my whole life , I think the meat was stewed , or it was frozen, and quickly defrosted by microwave and roasted, dessert was great, for a $148 per person ,we would have expected top class meal, 5 adults did not eat main , three had desserts, 4 ate cold serve, experience was not good, ( it ruin our Xmas lunch) we spend a lot on drinks, we don't mind paying if it meets our criteria of a good meal, and half of us stayed at the Club Hotel for 3 nights which I have given an excellent review , so please do not short cut your service by giving below standard food

Good communication before arrival. Very accommodating. Nice looking rooms and good location. Amazing food in the club hotel bistro.

Jade was amazing to deal with, the other lady was a bit hard to get us to sign is, I felt a bit ignored while she was on the phone while at the bar and did not acknowledge I was there for check-in. Anyway, Jade was amazing and the whole process was super easy after that. We enjoyed our stay

The property was handy location for us, as we traveled on the tilt train, the station is diagonally across the road from the accommodation and well within walking distance. Also the Club Hotel is in front of the accommodation with exceptional food and very friendly staff.

Friendly staff, bathroom was very clean and new

Pillows were average and as it rained it flooded outside the door, but friendly Jon did come to my rescue with stepping blocks so I could exit the room without needing to put my feet in ankle deep water.

The locality to station, the staff were very good on arrival, privacy respected, and the light breakfast. Thank you Club Hotel, will stay there again

The three steps. Maybe a ramp for aged people and disabilities. My nephew in a wheelchair could not visit us.

Cereal and milk left in the room - basic, but close walk to café for choice of cooked breakfast if wanted. Everything was more than we expected as the price was cheap at $112 per night.

View was concrete wall. Maybe paint mural on it.

Went to check in and had to wait 30 minutes to get into the room even though they said it was ready. Small inconvenience really

Great location to stop over for a few nights and close to the train station. Fei looked after us for the two evenings we stayed and we’d love to come back to visit her!

I wanted to go into hotel for a drink approx 9.00 pm and there was a alteracation happening with some drunk dudes and the police ...I didnt get to go for a drink .

It was clean tidy and the staff was great

We had a power blackout and couldn't have the function there as was really looking forward to it!
