I loved the exceptional customer service. Friendly, professional and polite. Very willing to help. Great with communication and fast replies. The motel was very comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was great and everything was very close-by. They are currently updating the motel so will be ever better! I would recommend this motel to anyone. New owners and have installed brand new high quality beds in every room. Plans to reno all bathrooms. Some already done. Location fantastic next to sporting ovals and 2-block walk to main shopping centre. Quiet.

My bathroom toilet leaked for a while 1 of 3 nights..but understand waiting on plumber. Spa bath not yet fixed

MJ is a lovely lady! Very friendly and attentive, Beautiful smile and sparkling happy eyes of a genuine soul. She wanted everything perfect for our stay and it showed! Facilities were like traditional motel rooms - comfortable, soaps/shampoo, hairdryer, tv. microwave, tea & coffee etc Liked the no smoking policy and easy walk from train station. Central - 5 min or so walk to Art Gallery, then on Library/City Centre and also pleasant walk to Fish Market, Yacht Club around the beautiful Foreshore the the recreation area and overseas terminal/port

Room was ground floor and although the back window view was ok, front outdoor tables looked out on to parking - but not really a major issue. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean and relaxing

The caretaker she was phenomenal super friendly and always with a smile gave me great tips on the area and looked after me as a solo traveller the best stay ive had this year truly will come back

Nothing everything was perfect inside the room , there was just roadwork that council closed off but didnt affect much the entrance

Staff were helpful. New staff may not have been totally familiar with reservation system, but were active in seeking out further assistance to resolve the issue. It was conveniently close to town centre. It was useful having a microwave in room,along with dish detergent, cloth and plentiful supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and toiletries. Thank you and which was clean , comfortable and cool which made for an enjoyable stay. The room was secure and on the ground and it was great to be able to open a window to allow fresh air in. It was good to have a blanket on hand when it got a little cold.

The noise from passing traffic. I had the window partially open (It was not too bad). Plumbing seemed to a bit noisy and echoed when turning on taps. It would've been nice to have had sachets of salt and pepper on hand for seasoning purposes? (I am not complaining at all).

Manager was excellent. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Central location close to city centre.

Property dated and needs a few things fixed up, but not major. Get what you pay for.

Great location and the room was pretty tidy and neat! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was fully equipped with essentials like fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, soap, free coffee and milk and biscuits. Could not ask for more for the affordable price.

The pool was out of order but not a big deal!

The owner was diligent in our payment and helped us after hours. The room was clean, tidy & beds were comfortable.

An unavoidable thing, but parking is tight if you have a large vehicle.

We stayed here for 4 days. On check in the staff were very friendly. The chip on our bankcard didn't work so the hosts gave us a tip... and it worked. 😂 loved our room which was upstairs, it was quiet and comfortable. When visiting Gladstone again we will definitely book here. Great value for money.
