Check-in was very easy and desk staff were friendly. Free off street, undercover parking was provided. Our room was quite large, well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet which enabled us to have a good night's sleep. We dined in the bistro and our meal was great. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Our shower could have been cleaned better.... mould in certain places. Unfortunately a section of the balcony of the bar area was set aside for smokers. This meant that we, as non-smokers, could not enjoy the balcony.

The front staff member was lovely and helpful. He helped us with talking to the manager about our car parking situation without any hassle. He was also helpful on the phone when I had to change my booking dates due to car troubles. No up-charge was given to me and no complications occur because of my change of date. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The shower/bathroom was great, good water pressure and wasnt stubborn with getting the right temperature and there were plenty of towels provided. The tea/coffee counter was nice too!

There isn't a lot of parking for the motel, especially if you are towing a trailer or have a big car. We managed to find somewhere to park in the car park with a deadline of leaving, but that wasn't an issue at all.

We stayed in the Harbour view room with the balcony and the view was absolutely beautiful! Hands down my favourite thing was watching the beautiful sunset and sunrise over the water whilst laying in bed! The bed was pretty comfortable and surprisingly pillows were great! Water pressure in the shower was fairly nice too! Accessing the restaurant down stairs was also really cool, nice people and atmosphere! Pool looked nice but was too cold to try out.

Hot water took aaaaaages to come in - not that bad but yeah. No extra blankets were available except for this 1 weird blue one that was stained and looked like it hadn’t been washed in while. The bed sheets were great but by our second night the bottom sheet had slid off showing a wonderful assortment of stains.

Although we only stayed for one night everything was under one roof. I expected it to be noisy as we were about 20 steps from the restaurant but this was not the case . I would happily stay here again. Also my husband left his shoes and Kelsey was so obliging for me to send a prepaid courier bag for them to be returned. Thanks team great stay.

The alarm that went off from 4am to 5 am

Very nice room with a view, although I took the upgrade option. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel eating and drinking facilities looked good although we chose to go elsewhere. We had undercover parking - valuable considering we all had to start off in the rain at departure on motorcycles.

Not having to use the elevator, but thats the downside to having a view. It took 3 trips 'to transfer belongings up or down.

Room is big enough for my family of three, cleanliness are good. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but we did have the dinner in the restaurant the other date, which was excellent, food was good and very large portion. But last thing I would like to head up is the location was great, nearby restaurant and pub / bar you can enjoy while you stay in Gladstone.

I couldn't tell what is I dislike of the hotel, because I just stayed one night with my family due to relocation. As of now, I had a good experience of the hotel, friendly staff, good size of the room.

The property is central it has amazing sea views especially our room we had the best views and sunset

The property is very nice staff very friendly and helpful especially Nisha at reception she was extremely nice. However the morning we checked out there was a different person who was on the phone when we got to the reception to check out. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be attended to This phone call sounded like a personal phone she could have put the other person on hold and attend to me or at least acknowledge me standing there being ignored. In the end I interrupted by saying I could not stand there any longer Im checking out It is clear that she needs more training you cannot ignore guests while on personal call

Quick and easy checkin. Very friendly staff and offered assistance with tourist stuff. The room had everything I needed. Bar and food was not far out my door. Larger than normal room. Ohhh and you cannot beat soft pillowtop mattresses and quality pillows

The gym needs an update with the addition of a multifunction training station.

Nicki the receptionist went above & beyond our expectations. Such a lovely person who showed us (an elderly couple) respect, understanding & empathy.

Not happy about the hours you have staff on the reception desk. Appreciate that it's not always busy but not having someone there in the mornings (early) is to me a failing in hospitality.

The Hotel had a bistro where we had lunch on arrival was delish but our evening meal was very disappointing living in CQ country was looking forward to Oysters the small cubes of bacon on the Kilparick oysters was bigger than the oyster itself not good I do have pics
