The location was good in that it was a block from main street

Hot water was slow to come through in shower, water pressure was not great in shower and bathroom had a sewerage smell and the odour or air freshener used in the main room as you entered was strong to overpowering. Would of been good if the snack machine downstairs was working.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When I found that the room didnt supply a washer and dryer, I called Booking.com and they left a msg with reception (which wasnt open yet, it was a Sunday). Eventually reception called and they helped me get my laundry done.

I booked this room because it had a washer and dryer. It didnt have either. Very irritating. I was on a road trip and needed to do my laundry. The whole reason I booked that room was on the condition it had those appliances. I also couldn't get any service on my phone, so there was no way for me to check in late. The hotel was informed when I booked the room, that I wouldnt get there until a certain time. I had to call Booking.com for advice. No one could tell me why I was booked into this room.

Room size, bed comfort, opening window, low setting on aircon nice and quiet, range of TV channels

Have a lamp by the bed - reading in bed was not possible without having the main light on and getting up at night in a darkened room was not comfortable. Maybe having another wine glass available? Consider putting in a vending machine - the early office close and locked fridge meant no access to snax and drinks.

I travelled for work. The location was good, the room clean and quite. I arrived after reception hours and left before the staff arrived. Self-check in and out were easy and communication from the hotel was excellent.

Truly minor issues. Lighting in the room was inadequate when using a laptop at night. The room did not have a toaster, nor were there adequate tea and coffee cups.

The space within the unit. It was a good size. We needed later check in and the staff were so quick to respond and we have a smooth experience arriving later in the evening.

We saw two baby cockroaches on our way into the apartment which was a concern. There was a huge noise that came from the shower when you turned it on. It says gym and pool in your brochures but we didn’t know where they were.

There was no breakfast included in our stay

4 (FOUR) days without being able to use the internet because of a malfunction somewhere that could not be resolved during our stay (unfortunately it happened on the Friday (the manager's day off) and still was not resolved when we left on Tuesday)

The in-room washing and drying facilities was the main reason I chose this accommodation. I needed to come in to the city to do all the back to school things. After a week of rain on an off grid property, I was so ecstatic to see I could book a room with this available. I got so much washing done, it was awesome.

Coming in from a property, I find small streets and lots of cars very stressful, I'm just not used to so much movement, so when I arrived at the property, stressed from the traffic and I couldn't see a reception sign on arrival, i got a little overwhelmed. I'm sure it says where to go on arrival on the website, but when I was driving I couldn't look it up. That was my only time of worry during our visit.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Outside noise was barely noticeable at night which was appreciated.

Front door didn’t close fully after hours and parking isn’t secure which allows anyone access to the building.

Centrally located and easy walk to town for dining. The room was larger than expected and very clean.

Lipstick marks on coffee cup and no dining area to eat our meals. Also there was no lounge so we had to watch TV from bed. The room seemed to have wasted space that could have been better utilised.

We loved the location because it was central, and we could easily walk to the train station and to the marina. We also really appreciated the staff, who were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. It was really nice to have laundry facilities in the rooms, and the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed.
