I didn't like being accused of stealing a blanket by the cleaner my children and I as we had a fair amount of stuff as we are currently homeless after being kicked out of my cousin's due to a death in the family worst part didn't even receive an apology my children or myself . People are just so quick to judge somebody . Besides that I personally would rate this motel very family friendly atmosphere relaxed enjoyable my children enjoyed it very much so after the last few years we have had . Thank you

Location of the villas to the rear of the property , facing Walsh Street , ensures better privacy. Seperate bathroom for each bedroom was a welcome feature ; kitchen / dining room location within the middle of the villa is a clever idea. The resident cat was a welcome addition for the feline lover of our family.

Parking space for each villa wasn’t clearly defined ; a truck parked by the occupants in an adjoining villa occupied both their & our parking spaces on the last two nights. The swimming pool didn’t appear to be available ( nor was it utilised by other residents ) as it didn’t appear to be maintained / cleaned for the duration of our stay.

Definitely worth the money to stay here 😊 we were doing massive travelling days and booked both times there and back. Very friendly staff would definitely recommend.

The air ones need a clean out some of the older ones were very dirty, beds were ok a bit hard, we also had 5 people in the cabin and were only given bed sheets for 4 and towels also 5 people 4 towels.

No road noise from villa end, comfortable beds, good shower, good kitchen facilities

Pullout bed mustn’t be used often (dirty), and some broken facilities, but overall good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Excellent location and the villa was fantastic! I travelled with a friend and our dogs and it was great each having our own bedroom and bathroom. Excellent communication from Lee.

I love the villas and how they are set out! Great for my family and my mother who has mobility issues.

One of the rooms had no lights, the flouro over the sink and the duchess flouro didn't work.

Room was clean and comfortable, free wifi.

Better parking for guests is needed. And had a few permanent residents arguing with each other during my stay a couple of doors down.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the surrounds are lush and semi private, the rooms are comfy and adequately equipped; and conveniently located for my purposes. Best of all it's family and fur friendly 🐩🙂

It was roomy enough for us all. Beds are comfy.

I worry about walking around with my dog on a lead as some others don’t keep their dogs on a lead. A dog bowl would be really handy too.

We have stayed here previously and love that the motel is pet friendly. It is definitely aging and needs some TLC but everything within our room was clean, tidy and in working order. On our arrival we were directed to a room, though plenty large enough it only had bunk beds. On saying this the gentleman who was at the desk quickly resolved the issue and found us a room which ended being an upgrade :).

The initial confusion with the room was a bit of a hiccup for tired travellers with a dog, but mistakes happen and it was simply resolved. There is off street parking and many of the rooms have covered parking, however our initial room and the villas do not. Please check this.
