Met requirements for a comfortable stay, could work from the office nook. Amazing shower. Nice and quiet room. Friendly staff and wonderful restaurant next door for a breakfast with a great outlook.

Strong cleaning product smell in room and main foyer. Parking was busy and as I arrived before check in ( on me ), I was directed to park and come back up to collect my key as my room would be ready. Quickly learned I couldn’t access the lift as I didn’t have a key so had to walk around and up stairs back to reception to collect my key.

Modern, very clean, lovely staff who were really helpful, attention to sustainability, a proper laundry facility, tea and coffee provided including a kettle and fridge, good location only 10 mins walk to light rail and the Southport Sharks right next door for a good feed!

Room was a tad small, not enough storage space, no fresh air (couldn't open the windows) only air conditioning, the rooftop bar was on the level above my room and could hear people moving chairs and music on one occasion when I was trying to sleep and someone (unused but still past used by date) yoghurt in my fridge

was my 3rd stay at Mantra & my last stay was some 7 years ago, still looks fresh & modern, so clean & everything worked.. great location & i flew in from Sydney after a connecting flight from Bangkok & had slept less than 2 hours in as many days & had stayed in no less than 7 hotels in 10 days from Laos to Bangkok.. Mantra had the best pillows & mattress by far & so quiet.. no tuk tuks buzzing around...😉

I didn't have my vehicle this trip so i had a meal at the Sharks club next door, so expensive but it's like this everywhere in Australia now.. $14 schooners & $23 pizza's 🍕 But.. Breakfast made up for it.. was an exceptional smashed Avo..😊

Very clean rooms. Good space.

Reception Staff were not professional. They were very distracted chatting with each other and not aware of Customers. Not a good first impression as a customer.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in and plenty of parking. Also a convenient cafe in the car park for an excellent morning coffee. Great location too, as we planned to go to the theme parks, which are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Have been here twice and will definitely stay again.

No amenities kitchen wise, except for a kettle and a fridge. Not a big deal if you’re only staying the night, but might be a bit trickier for longer stays. There is however a restaurant attached to the hotel and other food places around.

Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. Check in was smooth.

That the Rooftop Bar was strictly 18 and over. We wanted a quick bit and then my Daughter and Niece were going back to the room, and we were staying on with some friends that had come to visit with us. However, we could not even do this as the kids were under 18(Both 17). Instead we had to go into the other venue that was not really what we preferred. Also I did not understand how being with your parents in a pub/ club with Pokies is any different than the rooftop bar. Other than that, everything was great.

I stayed in a large disabled access room, which was very spacious. It had a separate lounge and kitchenette, with a microwave, pod coffee machine, and larger than usual fridge/freezer. The bathroom was very well set out for people with mobility access problems, including a pull down seat to shower and great quality shampoo, conditioner and hand wash as well as moisturiser. The bedroom was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed with quality linen and pillows. It also had blockout curtains to get a good rest during the day. The air conditioning was very good. I ordered room service several times and the food was delicious and reasonably priced, as well as prompt delivery. All staff I interacted with went out of their way to assist, and were very friendly. I accidentally left an item in my room and they contacted me within hours of my departure to advise me. Would definitely recommend for locals or travellers alike, and intend returning.

My only thing that I think could be improved is for the curtains to have a draw string or handle to close, especially in the disability access rooms, as it was challenging with limited mobility to close. I would also suggest that for room service there be an option as most major hotels do to leave a tip for the excellent service.

Stayed in a king suit which was a great size and very clean. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and the hotel felt extremely clean and well taken care of

My sister and I had 2 single beds which we did not rate very well at all. We could both feel in each of our beds the timber from the base beam across our hips when laying on our side and both beds were shaky and very unstable when we moved. Did not sleep well unfortunately.

It was great locations to hospital for us as we had a very little baby

When going to check out was told someone had put a beer on our room But we had not ordered anything Apprently they got a signature on it but were unable to provide me proof Still haven’t received $100 dollar deposit back yet either been over 24 hours
