The birds/averies were an awesome feature, and the kids activities were also awesome, great swimming facilities. Could hear kookaburras in the morning, which was lovely. Property was clean, staff always waved when driving past, friendly and helpful.

We loved the property, if we had to say anything, it would be that the wifi was slow and we ended up hot spotting from our phones to use tv, but that’s fine. And we did have an issue with the washing machines not working at times, which was addressed immediately after we let the staff know, so they were really able to address our concerns as required. We would definitely go back, the kids had the best time.

Amazing facilities! There was also an itinerary of free activities for the kids to participate in everyday, like swimming with a mermaid, glitter tattoos and kids disco! Staff were all really lovely, communication was great. The pool area was gorgeous and the birds were beautiful. We found the location an accessible drive to all the usual Gold Coast attractions, but honestly it was so lovely here and the kids had so much fun you could just stay here the whole time and only leave for food! The price for our large family was so affordable, I actually called to confirm after booking online because I thought it must be a mistake. Clean and up to date bbq and laundry facilities.

It was very clean and well maintained daily by all cleaning and maintenance staff. Perfect location, close to all main areas, pool was great. The room was good size and had everything required. It was great having wheelie bin at our room and emptied daily, staff were always available, the free activities and face painting was great for our young children. The security at night gave piece of mind. The use of the bbq at our room was excellent. All staff were friendly, welcoming and did a excellent job daily. We would definitely recommend.

We were unable to explore the birds much as there were alot of spiders around it. The oven in our room wasn't working properly and would burn our food, only had high heat. The aircon only cooled the kitchen/dining area which caused the rooms to be excessively hot and stuffy especially at night. The playground had spiders which prevented our children from using it.

Very relaxed and nice surroundings, out of the busyness of the city. Great for families but still quick & easy to get to other places. If we had more time or were staying longer we would've done more/used more of the facilities, nature walks etc. Unit felt very clean & fresh.

not much Privacy for sitting on the verendah in the morning with a cup of tea.. there were two bigger groups in the units near to us so it was a bit busy/noisy with them so close by & standing right outside of the front bedroom window & kitchen window etc. but this couldn't be helped and not really a problem. Units are just close together.

Bed was very comfortable, slept really well, peaceful. Had everything u needed, washing machine & dryer worked well. Barbeque worked well. Air conditioner & fans all in good working order. Staff were very obliging & helpful! Overall a great place to stay especially if you have kids!

Couch was no good but was promptly replaced with a brand new one, very happy! TV on/off button not working in the lounge, but just used button on side of the TV. Toilet in ensuite making noise after flushing & leaked onto floor!

I genuinely loved my stay at Ashmore Palms. I would 100% stay there again, and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the Gold Coast. You have all that you need in your own villas, and all the facilities are an added bonus. And the lovely ladies at reception are always there if you need a hand with the touristy side of things. Your own home away from home is how I would describe it.

It was such a beautiful place. We loved the aviaries and seeing all the birds. The keepers of the cities were awesome and talked to us about the different birds and their names and traits we were very grateful. The lady who done the face painting for the kids was truly amazing at what she does.

We loved our stay and didn’t have anything bad about it.

Great place to stay, if you want to drive, the location is convenient for highway connect and also few mins drive to Surfer’s Paradise. A very quiet and calm place, the pools are great. The birds are wonderful and cute. Kitchen had all essentials. Complimentary family pic, free tennis play.

Everything was perfect, next time if available I would look for a single room with a King bed, rather than two rooms with queen bed.

Location was quite central and easy to get around. Laundry was super helpful with small children. Appreciated the kids activities being included as it was pouring rain and kept the kids entertained without a screen!

An easily accessible indoor play area would have been nice. The outside playground looked amazing but was too wet to try out.

I came to Gold Coadt for Juicy Fest Concert. My grandchildren, myself, and youngest daughter stayed at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village.it was clean and my grandchildren loved the pool and bird aviary. My son and daughter inlaw were in town The staff were pleasant. We had a wonderful time. Thank yoi the venue was perfect. Xx
