staff is always 10/10, check in/out was easy and efficient , and the hotel location/ rooms were always comfortable and perfect.

only thing if there was a choice to dislike , our room was what seemed to be a disability specific bedroom (based on the bathroom formation/facility design). the main BEDROOM was perfect. i just wish there was a sidenote / specific notice that i was checking into that kind of bathroom / bedroom. but even that. not that bad just prefer “normal” rooms. but that’s barely something to complain about. we always LOVE everything about our stay.

Stayed in this lovely establishment for 1 night. Staff were very helpful. I was allowed early parking and early check-in, both. And was also allowed to keep the vehicle in the car park for a few hours after checking out... so I felt that the staff does all they can to accommodate the requests of patrons. The restaurent downstairs was quite reasonable as well. The establishment also has a large sports complex in its premises, including a pool and a sauna. The gym, pool and the sauna was included in the price for the room, which was extremely reasonable. The locals do use the sports facilities which can be a chance to mingle with them. Located a little away from the coast and city centre, but the hotel is located quite close to public transport and also located in a quiet part of the city.

The location is really handy with easy access to the motorway. The rooms were clean and the housemaids did a fantastic job every day of our stay. The use of the gym and the mini-golf was a nice bonus.

When we arrived our keys didn't work, the receptionist happily fixed this for us straight away but it wasn't a great first impression. The food at the restaurant wasn't of the standard we would expect (e.g. burnt garlic bread) but this was explained that it was because the chef was off sick and so they didn't have their normal staff.

I liked the location we have stayed before the restaurant was also fantastic we enjoyed having our dinner there and the prices were good. There was plenty of parking due to the sports fields at the hotel.

Sadly the location, it is low lying so has a problem during heavy rain events, you get water views, this isn't a big problem if you aren't using the under-hotel parking or the sports fields but is something to be aware of if you are using the covered parking as low vehicles may struggle to get through the water.

Great staff, very helpful. Facility was very clean and well kept. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. A huge number of sporting/health facilities available to guests. A really lovely place.

I couldn't get the TV Menu to work, so could see the restaurant menu or other items on the TV, but could not access them. Google Chrome did not work, so only had limited channels and could not adjust the airconditioning, so the room was overly warm - but these weren't really big issues.

We were visiting friends and the location was ideal for us being only 10 minutes from their home and a nearby shopping centre. Although not on the property,free access to neighbouring gym and some sport facilities was good. The location was in easy distance of the M1 highway making a drive up to Brisbane or down to Coolangatta a quick and simple exercise.The property itself is quite modern, the rooms clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant on site. Will go back!

After hours access. You can’t use your room card to access carpark, you have to ring a number to get the gate open.

Friendly staff, very clean and tidy rooms with excellent facilities… really enjoyed the mini golf and the infinity pool as well as ease of parking. Security at night was also good where I needed to call a number for entrance through an electronic gate that obviously closed to keep the property safe at night.

There was nothing I didn’t like… though would have preferred to stay a little closer to the Gold Coast for convenience sake… having said that, it was only a15 minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

The breakfast was very simple. Not sure it was worth the $15, especially if all you have is a piece of toast and coffee, but it could be if you enjoy toast, muesli, cereal, or fruit. Barista coffee was an extra $5 but there is a coffee/hot choc machine included in the breakfast. The rooms are tight and compact. There wasn't a lot of space to 'put something' in the bathroom as it was a little pokey. But if this is a stop and stay, maybe a conference stop-over, then it works. No kitchenette but there is a bar fridge and coffee pot.

Location is great. Just walking distance to KDV sports centre. Laundry is convenient.

ntinental Breakfast Only...No hot food provided, no eggs or sausages...As a hotel in conjunction with KDV sports centre, hot breakkie would be highly recommended as athletes will definitely need that. Restaurant capacity is quite small as well. Bathroom space is a bit small.

The location was a bit further away than thought but awesome to have free use of the gym and Pool within walking distance from.the Hotel. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We had dinner on the resteraunt on site. My husband had the steak, I had the Egg Plant parmigani It was delicious!! Both meals amazing and excellent value.

I couldn't say anything that I didn't like. Except my husband was wanting to watch the rugby league but no pay TV channels 😔
