Comfy beds. firm fluffy pillows. amazing shower. lovely and clean. literally 5-10mtrs away from backdoor is the bar, club, pokies, restaurant. pretty handy. (wasnt noisy for us at all). room service was delicious and very quick. Very close to other shops if needed. all walking distance. Hotel is right next to highway, easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel would of got a 10 from us. marked 1 point off as “No sign” to show you where reception/rooms are. (reception is to the left of hotel and drive down. rooms and reception are on the right. Ring number at office window and staff will come and check you in).

It was last minute booking as we were travelling for a family funeral. We needed accommodations last minute close to where the funeral was. I was traveling with my 2 daughters and my son to farewell and pay our respects to our aunty. For the price we paid the room was huge, comfortable, and very clean. It had a nice patio overlooking a river. The front desk lady was very lovely, professional, and compassionate when she found out we were there for a funeral. Thank you for looking after us.

We like everything about the place. A bonus was free parking.

The fact we were within walking distance of Coles, Dan Murphy's, The Discount Chemist and array of other shops. We parked our vehicles and never left our bay. It's great to save fuel when everything is so close and within walking distance.

Didn't like the Tavern next door, the food was average. Definitely not worth the $80 we spent on a chicken parmigiana and steak with chips and salad. The layout of the venue is not great either.

This is the first night of our family's trip to Australia. The front desk staff were very helpful, providing us with extra blankets and pillows, and also gave us bottled water. The food at the restaurant nearby is quite good, and there are slot machines. It's a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive, but the cost-performance ratio of staying here is high

Great location - right near a Coles, Dan Murphy, chemist etc. We were at Nerang for a wedding. About 20 minutes drive to Broadbeach. They also gave complimentary water which I thought was a nice touch.

Getting into the car park was annoying at times as a delivery truck for the pub would park there and we couldn't fit through

Great location, next to highway, ALDI, chemist warehouse, 10 mins drive to theme parks, 15 mins to cbd. Very nice lake view for the price paid. Great deal. The room was clean, quiet and comfy, plenty of spaces.

The air conditioner didn’t work quite well. We have to set 18 degrees and keep it on whole day to ensure the cooling at night.

Facilities were clean, excellent shower, bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, pub meal was good, typical pub food.

Upon arrival the reception was closed, perhaps a sign to let people know to head up to the pub to get someone to check them in? (If there was one I missed it). Not enough towels for the amount of people booked. Noise block out was poor, being that it is connected to a pub I understand there is rowdy people, but we had them outside our door arguing, then doors slamming, and the people upstairs were very loud.

Room was clean and spacious. Was also quiet. Was nice it was behind the pub for a quick easy meal, bonus was a glass of wine voucher. Close to supermarket and chemist. Great for a night stopover.

Unfortunately, the remote didn't work properly. Had to put it right under the TV and couldn't get the volume down. Would have told reception but it wasn't open when I left.

Liked the location and loved the balcony with comfortable chairs. However thought a little pricey for one night but guess it was school holidays. King bed absolutely comfortable.. Staff In restaurant were so courteous and happy too.

The Donna had awful stains everywhere and back of curtains also covered in stains.

Easy check in and out process, locality to our event (HOTA), room was equipped with everything we required.

The cleanliness was sub par. It wasn't filthy. However there were noticeable things that should have been cleaned: highlighter drawings on a mirror, the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned - or had been used after cleaning. There was cleaning product on the floor near the toilet. An empty water bottle left in the bathroom. And the shower had a lot of hair around. Not something that was horrible, it actually made us laugh - the welcome greeting on the TV was somebody else's name.
