Comfy beds. firm fluffy pillows. amazing shower. lovely and clean. literally 5-10mtrs away from backdoor is the bar, club, pokies, restaurant. pretty handy. (wasnt noisy for us at all). room service was delicious and very quick. Very close to other shops if needed. all walking distance. Hotel is right next to highway, easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel would of got a 10 from us. marked 1 point off as “No sign” to show you where reception/rooms are. (reception is to the left of hotel and drive down. rooms and reception are on the right. Ring number at office window and staff will come and check you in).

The Room was absolutely amazing, like only judging from external appearances I was a bit worried that the pictures I saw were doctored, but once I opened the room door it exceeded my expectations, exactly like a 4 star maybe even 5 star motel room. I was very impressed. Bed was very soft, a bit too soft for my liking, I like a firmer mattress. A microwave would have been nice, but it had everything else. Yeah fantastic stay.

Need more carpark spaces out front of the rooms, we struggled to find carparking spaces that were close by the room and the stairs we climbed with our heavy bags, I probably should have gone with the ground floor. No Microwave was a bit of a downer, and a lift to the second floor would be nice, but I'm not sure if any of these are possible to rectify, apart from the adding of a microwave into the rooms.

Dragging all my belongings up the stairs to get to the room. The noise from the patrons/revelers in the nearby bar/pub was quite loud and interrupted our sleep. I had my 10 year old daughter with me and the swearing of the patrons was very loud and upset her. If I had known that the rooms were so close to a noisy pub/bar and that my child would have to listen to drunk swearing men all night, I wouldn't have booked here. I am aware that this may have been a once off and possibly not something that the hotel staff can control.

The room was very clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the best part of my stay. Check in was quick and the lady at the desk was very helpful. I was able to get a parking spot right outside my room door which was a bonus. The hotel is also ideally located next door to a shopping centre with great takeaway choices, as well as Coles and Aldi - very convenient!

The interconnecting doors between the rooms meant I could sometimes hear the people in the neighbouring room.

The room was great, the location was perfect and it was such easy access to the hotel where we had a great night!! It’s easy access to the motorway and next to all types of shops!

We are scratching to find things we didn’t like, but if I had to pedantic then the tiles and steps outside the room were a bit bodgy and the towels weren’t overly great, but it was a super place and location and I will definitely stay again!

There are many shops nearby, the bed is so comfy so you would really have a good night's sleep.

No lifts, though the building is only two levels, but if you have heavy luggage with you, you have to carry them upstairs if your room is in level 2. There is a TAB adjacent to the building, so when someone smokes you can smell it in your room. The floor in our room is quite creaky too.

It was last minute booking as we were travelling for a family funeral. We needed accommodations last minute close to where the funeral was. I was traveling with my 2 daughters and my son to farewell and pay our respects to our aunty. For the price we paid the room was huge, comfortable, and very clean. It had a nice patio overlooking a river. The front desk lady was very lovely, professional, and compassionate when she found out we were there for a funeral. Thank you for looking after us.

We like everything about the place. A bonus was free parking.

Seamless checkin process, clean room & a comfortable bed. Bar & Bistro a minute walk away, great to enjoy watching a game of your favourite sport on provided screens while enjoying your meal & beverages😊 Shopping centre, eateries, petrol station & freeway all close by if required👌

We had no dislikes.

The fact we were within walking distance of Coles, Dan Murphy's, The Discount Chemist and array of other shops. We parked our vehicles and never left our bay. It's great to save fuel when everything is so close and within walking distance.

Didn't like the Tavern next door, the food was average. Definitely not worth the $80 we spent on a chicken parmigiana and steak with chips and salad. The layout of the venue is not great either.

This is the first night of our family's trip to Australia. The front desk staff were very helpful, providing us with extra blankets and pillows, and also gave us bottled water. The food at the restaurant nearby is quite good, and there are slot machines. It's a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive, but the cost-performance ratio of staying here is high
