Excellent location, the staff member I spoke to (Felipe) was lovely and very helpful, he deserves a raise :). The bed was comfy and there were plenty of appliances in the room to cook for yourself if you didn't want to eat out.

Some details were a little outdated, there were references to quick dials for the landline but there was no phone to call out with. A couple of very small maintenance issues, like the seal around the show drain was broken. The complimentary soaps had been opened before I got there.

It felt like being in 90s Hollywood - completely transported me to a happier place and time. Art deco fused with 1960s glamour and 80s retro-fittings, all had a beautiful Californian vibe that we just loved. Our room was huge and gorgeous, a great space to entertain and relax, with a spa in our bathroom, master bedroom, and a balcony with amazing sunset views.

Unfortunately the main gate was closed for construction during our stay, which made it a lot harder to get in! But staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Great facilities - though it felt lil outdated - though price made up for it!! So wasn’t expecting to much. Did not use pool as we weren’t there long. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location front or side gate is pretty easy to miss, good to have a run through prior to be sure.

Such a quiet environment. No disturbances at all. Friendly staff.

We loved the size of the villa & it had everything in it that we needed.To be able to cook if we choose is a bonus & washer & drier was much appreciated.

Smell like mold, we opened the whole house up to let it air out for a few hours while we went out, bit better after that. Also the map takes you to the exit and then it's bloody confusing finding the entrance

Enjoyed the stay, accommodation was very nice. We stayed in the 6 person villa and it was just right for us and our adult children.

We went for a family wedding held on the gold coast, but we had difficulty with taxis and ubers from the location into our dinner venue and wedding venue. But thats not a Woods problem. Just our issue not knowing our way around on the coast.

Very homely type accommodation and own carport. Quiet. Friendly staff. (Thank you for staying back for when I arrived late)!

Very tight parking and not much room to get around other cars. A bit dirty with footprints in the spa. Kind of looked like someone had used the facilities and it didn't get a good wipedown, but in general it was clean enough.
