The property itself is beautiful. I had a king room in building 5 which was lovely with a balcony. It was very clean and service was daily. The king bed was very comfortable which was surprising as in a number of hotels, the king bed can be very hard. It is an older property but that does not detract from its charms. The staff were exceptional and very helpful.

I think the hours when breakfast/lunch/dinner are available should be noted in the room. Also more information on the shuttle bus service that is provided. In future, they should consider upgrading their television programming to offer Netflix and YouTube as the current station availability is pretty ordinary.

The resort looks well maintained with complete facilities. The staff are nice. The room is clean and spacious. Good location. Buffet breakfast has lots of options and they change menu everyday. It is big resort, can do lot of things. My kids enjoy swimming on outdoor pool. They also have play hub for kids.

We did not know that the resort have a lot of buildings. Need to walk to our building which is a bit far, we check in late so we are really tired when we reached our buidling. Then the building have no lifts, we need to carry our young children (who are already asleep) and things to our room in 2nd floor. So, please be mindful when you check in, it is better to check in early so you wont feel very tired. The following days, we always have a good walk in the mornings from our building to the main building for breakfast. It was only on the first day during check in when we feel that this is disadvantage, but during our stay, we appreciate the nice walk on the resort.

Lovely location. Close to everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was lovely.

The aircon didn't work too well, so it got a bit hot in the room, and there are no fans, so you can't even have a fan on to help cool you down. Also, you couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV if you wanted to. Also your car has to be under 2 metres to park into there car park lucky of me mine was but the car parks are small and people with larger cars did take up 2 spots so it was hard to find a spot to park but I did one in the end.

Located near a golf course, so had a lovely view, the outside dining area backed on to the course! Very peaceful! Breakfast was included in the price, which was a buffet style menu with plenty of choice for kids and adults alike. We went as a family to make memories before it was too late, but due to a misunderstanding/miscommunication earlier in the year, only 4 people were booked not 5. The staff went out of their way to help rectify the booking error even though they were fully booked due to the Pearl Jam concert. This was really appreciated! Thank you

Great access to the pool and close to the road. Tidy and clean rooms with all the necessities at hand.

The cleaner replaced our sheets with a stained sheet. There should be a hardcopy manual in each room with instructions etc for those not tech-savvy. And perhaps need a First Aid kit in each room. Room service Breakfast was not worth the cost, and what we ended up with was not very nice in takeaway containers. Could have simpler options maybe, since there is no cutlery and crockery in the rooms, eg. cereal + juice, pastry + coffee/tea.

We were greeted professionally by Gabriel, a confident young gentleman who gave crisp, concise, friendly and relevant information for our stay. The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed and had a great view. Despite being very busy (judging by the carpark) it was quiet and no interruptions

We ordered from the menu and collected from the bar. The meals were ok but nothing impressive. We probably should have dined in the restaurant but opted for convenience.

Restaurant food and area should be updated, enjoyed eating in the bar area more. Found the room a little tired and bathroom also could do with a fix up. The bed was large and comfortable, but the pillows were over large and too solid. We are an older couple and found that trying to get bags from parking area awkward and having no lift a problem.

It was convenient as the course I attended was at the same venue and comfortable, set in beautiful surroundings. The room was comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed it didn't offer a mini bar, or at the very least water. I had to ask for water to be delivered, which it was. I also didn't realise how far from everything apart from the Golf Course the hotel is. My room was also minutes walk from the main building and there was no room service.

After being on the road for a week it was a pleasent suprise. Our rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. We had dinner in the resturant dinner was the best meal we had, had in a while and staff were very friendly and helpful and we had breakfast in the cafe and the food was great. Unfortunetly it was raining and we couldn't use the pool.

We tried to get massages but were unable to book once we arrived, booking ahead of your stay is advised.

The room was lovely, the pool and facilities were amazing. The staff were so kind and friendly. We hired a car with the Booking.com discount and the location was perfect and no more than 25 mins from any of the things we wanted to do or see!

It would have been helpful to have some air freshener in the bathrooms. Even just a non-aerosolised one. We were sad the spa wasn’t available during our stay.
