Loved the heated pool/spa drink prices and breakfast muesli 🤩 Apartment was huge, exceptionally clean, everything we needed was provided in kitchen etc. Quiet resort, night-time views of Gold Coast buildings lights was a magical backdrop for photos on balcony. Walk to Broadbeach was about 20 minutes to cafes, bars etc. Walk to Dracula's or casino is same distance. No hills. We all loved it here. Highly recommend. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Pool sheltered from wind and balcony receives morning sun, which was pleasant to sit on, while you wait for the sleepy heads to wake up

If you don't like walking, then this won't suit. Small children would probably find the walk too far to/from the beach, but the pool area is great. It took a while to figure out the spa, and a local gave us the heads up.

The location was excellent as it was walking distance near all the activities but quiet. The views were excellent.

On arrival we had a room that was totally unfit for purpose with filthy carpets and sofas, old fridge. It completely upset our visit impression. After pushing determinedly our room was changed and it was very nice. Inferior rooms should not be offered at the prices charged.

We had the most delightful and beautiful room, a feast for the eyes and so comfortable. The traffic wasn't any issue, the property is tucked away in a quiet street and by the edge of the canal so no passing traffic at all, a perfect spot. We had a beautiful balcony and spent most of our time there when we were home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen superbly equipped and everything had been thoughtfully provided. A basket of goodies was left for us to enjoy which was unexpected and a lovely gesture. We were welcomed and made to feel special.

I liked the location as my business expo was at the convention centre and I liked the size of the apartment and different spaces. I loved the pool and spa.

My wifi wasnt working in my room and had to have staff come up and try sort and spent first day using wifi that I couldnt use in the entire apartment. From second da onwards I was able to use a different wifi but still was not sorted for my actual room before the end of my stay. And it didnt reach outside of the room. So I couldnt take my laptop and do any business by the pool

The location is close to restaurants, the beach and good shopping centres. And the light rail is not far that can take you to many more places. It’s also quiet and away from the busy Surfers beaches.

Our ground floor studio didn’t have a view and a side alley went by our balcony. The studio was well appointed but in need of refreshing. We stayed some nights in a one bedroom apartment which was much nicer.

Cafe on site was great. The lady Jo was awesome and made our stay perfect more so than reception

Check in was horrendous. We notified check in time as being late arrival, received confirmation but nothing more to allow access into the building to retrieve the key. The people you had to call to let us in were terrible at customer service. Check in time states til 11pm, I quoted between 10pm and 11pm. Reception closes at 6pm

The view of the skyline the location and the facilities were all amazing. The room was spacious and clean very comfortable for my family of 6. The whole complex was quiet and people were friendly. Would stay again and would recommend to others

No wheelchair access to the pool area. There were two sets of stairs from the main foyer area but it would be more practical if one of them was a wheelchair accessible ramp. My client whom I travelled with couldn't access the pool and spa area which she was disappointed with.

the location is great, just a 5 minute walk to central Broadbeach, it is very quiet, on the river. We had the option of a light breakfast included in our room rate, which you could get from the onsite cafe. Our room on the 3rd floor was nice, spacious, clean, a large bathroom, a very comfy bed, and it overlooked the pool and river.
