Everything. Our disabled daughter had her birthday on Sunday, August 3rd and her support dog had had an eye specialist appointment on the Thursday. As we’ve entered the specialists reception her support dog has gone into cardiac arrest on the floor of the reception and passed away after chest compression and being shocked. I’ve gathered up my little family on Friday evening and in an attempt to get away from memories and keep some happiness in Olivia’s birthday I’ve booked us in to have Friday and Saturday at Quest. Upon arriving at reception they have greeted us with extreme kindness and respect, making my daughter feel very cared for and seen. The expression of love from the hearts of these people and going out of their way to make our time there comfortable was incredible and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Not only are the rooms lovely, clean and in a great location, but they are decent and good people there and I’m tearing up as I write this, but I can’t say enough good things. What a wonderful hotel/serviced apartment. From initial booking until checkout, everything was excellent. Staff. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Studio. Very well appointed with a few little extra touches to make the stay that little special Cleanliness. Wow. Spotless. Great housekeeping team Carpark. The extra minimal fee was worth it to have safe and dry access to our car when needed. Location. Right next to Robina station and 2 minute walk to CBus. We were there for the football, so couldn’t be better. A couple minutes drive to town centre for anything you may need. Extra services like food deliveries, reception provided minibar and restaurant shuttle were fantastic. Great accommodation for a couple nights or even weeks. Brilliant!

Everything about the complex, apartment and the staff definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing each and everyone of them, the ones that stuck out the most were Andrew, Ruby, Emma, Ellie and the duty manager of an evening, no matter what we asked of them they would always deliver with a smile, professional, friendly manner, Heidi who took us to the town centre a few times and also got some extra bedding for us was lovely, we will certainly miss the apartment and the staff, each time house keeping came into our apartment, we knew they looked after our apartment with professionalism but also our 2 puppies stayed with us, they were amazing.

the staff were very friendly and made the check in process very easy, having 2 key cards for the apartment was very handy. the complimentary sleep spray and macrons were very thoughtful, and so was the little note that was written for me upon my arrival. the facilities were great and the undercover parking that was provided for very little price made us feel more secure since this wasn’t a familiar place to us. will definitely be staying here next time i’m in the area !!

I really liked that there was an outdoor area for my dog to go outside, this made his before bed and first thing toileting really helpful. It was private and enclosed so that I could take him out in my pajamas and he could take his time and not worry about people on the street seeing me in my jarmies! The staff were amazing, they made me feel welcome, they made my dog feel welcome and at ease and were so kind. It was lovely that there were gifts for my dog to eat and take with us. Really nice touch to the stay, thank you for this.

There wasn't really anything major, I felt a little itchy in the bedding. Also when I was trying to leave a laundry tuck pulled up behind me to load big baskets of linen. I told him I was leaving and he said that he would just be 5 mins whilst he loaded some big bags into the truck, it took him over 10 mins, probably closer to 15. Which was frustrating as I was literally about to drive out and there was not enough room to reverse to get out, I was on a long trip south and its frustrating when you are ready to hit the road to be held up.

After quite a few hours on the road, it was nice to settle into this place for the night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved how clean the apartment was and it had everything that we could possible require to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much from the staff and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Close to Robina Train Station, actually just across the road. We thought this would make a great place to stay if you are wanting to check out Brisbane. Hop on the train for the day and come back to comfort. Also close to Robina Town Shopping Centre. Great place and also pet friendly if you travel with a fur baby.

Upon arrival to the front desk we were greated by 2 kind friendly staff, we knew we were in good hands when this happened! Special Mention to Andrew who made our whole stay worth it! Upgraded our room at no extra cost, was friendly, always up for a joke and always checked on us when walking through the front door if we were okay or needed anything extra! Andrew made our stay extra special and we are so grateful for the laughs and conversations we had with him! Andrew was a legend!

Pillows were a little hard however did not affect the overall experience!

Great location , staff very friendly and helpful. It was good that I got a phone call a few days before our arrival to confirm some details re the booking . Most of all , it was great that they were able to accomodate our request for early check- in which was very helpful as my daughter has a condition that makes her fatigue easily . The receptionist who checked us in was very welcoming and efficient . What a nice surprise that there was a handwritten card and some macaroons in the room to welcome us ! Room was clean. Great location as we came here to watch the Matilda’s game - the stadium was only 3 minutes walk. Train station and bus stop is only 5 minutes walk

Where do you start! The rooms are amazing, the comfiest bed ive ever slept in and clean. The service from all staff even house keeping was next level. Would always go above and beyond for you. Massive thankyou to Ruby for helping my mum when she had a medical hiccup. Love the location only a short walk to the bus and train station. As we were down for medical reasons it was a short walk to the hospital. Everyone even guest and fur babies made you feel at home. Quest Robina is a 10 out of 10.

Cannot fault anything.

The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the availability of parking was very convenient.

The only downside was the housekeeping schedule. Housekeeping finishes early (depends on their schedule as it is not fixed), so if you don’t allow them to enter before 11-12, it can be too late to fully benefit from their services. This was a bit inconvenient, but overall, my stay was still very pleasant.
