Friendly and helpful staffs, amazing location sorrounded by a shopping mall with good cafes for brunch. Although to find the hotel was a bit tricky, map should take you there. Good pub atmosphere and beautiful too. Room was a good value of your money. Basic, but we didn’t need much at that time.

There’s a door connecting to the next room which was unlocked the first night we’ve arrived. So, you can open and see the next room. Was a bit shocking but, luckily we can lock the door from our side, but safety concerns still in mind. Hopefully, hotel management can do something about it to increase customer’s confidence. Other than that, just small details like absence of bin liners, dish soap and outdoor floor mat to maintain customer’s cleanliness during their stays.

Location to the event we were attending was perfect. Room was well appointed with a little kitchenette, spacious, clean and comfortable. Free undercover parking was appreciated considering the rain during our stay. Supermarket and take away food outlets close by if you did not want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Hairdresser and barber also a couple minute walk from the hotel is a plus for anyone needing their services.

Would have appreciated some soap in the bathroom, even if it was a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser in the shower, so had to use hair shampoo instead. Towels could have been a bit bigger than a tea-towel sized towels offered in the room.

Location is great. Room was comfortable. Convenient for 1 night. Room was better than i expected with everything that you would need in the room. This was my second visit in 3 months. I will be happy to return in the near future.

I would have preferred some sort of frosted glass, curtain or blind in the bathroom. My bathroom looked straight into the carpark with cars parking at eye level to me while i was on the toilet or having a shower. There is also a public swimming pool next door that can see straight into my bathroom.

Quality of the room exceeded my expectations for pub accommodation. It was clean & had everything that you required. It was an extremely hot day & i really appreciated the fact that they had turned the A/C on so the room was cool on my arrival. Those little things make a big difference. I will be happy to stay there again.

Was a bit noisy but that is expected from a pub atmosphere. I could also hear the gentleman talking from the next room which was a little unsettling. Noise was travelling through via the door into the adjoining room.

Location is excellent, easy access to the M1 without the noise of the highway. Clean and modern decor, recently renovated. Great hot shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were separate from the pub which is very popular with entertainment. Shops close by and many cafes and restaurants.

The small downfall was no milk, no tea towel or tissues. The aircon was excellent but was loud.

It was convenient to where we had to be. The bistro was handy, and the food was good

The rooms were not serviced during our stay. When asking the cleaner, to take care of something in the room he wasn't able to understand what we were asking as his English was limited. We thought that he had understood the request, but it was not carried out.

I chose the wallaby because it was walking distance to visiting family. It was also a pleasant walk to eateries and supermarkets. I was worried it was going to be noisy next to the huge pub but was surprised at how quiet it was, (though it easy to hear next door units)

Attention to small details to missing things in the bathroom and kitchen could be improved, as I was there for 3 days but I made do.

I was down there for training at Robina Hospital, which was less than 10 minutes away, so great location. The room was very comfortable, with everything you could need.

Maybe provide some information inside the room, such as wifi password, restaurant menus, and some information about shops within the vicinity.

Heard a group of drunk people making massive amounts of noise in the early hours of the morning but what do expect on a Saturday night at a pub. I woke up which is fine but my daughter slept through it all which is more important. So even though the people were thoughtless that has nothing to do with our positive experience with the hotel itself.

Very neat and tidy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Although breakfast was not included when we booked the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find Weet-Bix, cornflakes, milk, and other items provided in the room. Overall, 100% happy with our stay.
