Customer Service was excellent, place was clean, freshly painted and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked.

Loved the room, the carpet was perfect for little ones. Exceptional service.

Room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Our room had swim up pool access, which the family made great use of! The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Special shoutout to Coco at reception, who was super friendly and let the kids have cuddles and pats!

The 2 bedroom apartment 403 we had was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of kitchen cooking facilities. Plenty of room for 4 guests without bumping into each other. Bedding clean and comfortable. Staff were great in contacting us when we were late checking in. Aimee sent instructions on where and how to pick up the keys. Will definitely be back

large heated pool very clean. Very well appointed 2 bedroom unit. the Bed Rooms were large with a very good ensuite containing shower and bath and lots of cupboard space for clothing with walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and everything was in working order with lots of bench space . Very well designed unit with its own washing machine and dryer.

More cleaning products for long term stays and sheets and towels need replacing every 4days . The pool was amazing but no acoustic treatment for a very loud filter. Spoilt the relaxing ambience of the pool surrounds.

The Location, Apartment Size, Reception Staff, Pool, Gym, parking are all excellent. The apartment is really well maintained and floor plan is great. We only needed the one bedroom but if you had the two bedrooms that would be excellent for a family as it has the 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen needs some updated utensils. When you are staying for a week some Tupperware would be useful. Salad servers, a decent frypan and better knives. Also for longer stays you want to iron clothes the ironing board desperately needs a new cover. It’s not a serviced apartment so for longer stays you do need to buy laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent.

Excellent location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to the marina for tours. Short drive to shopping. Staff were helpful and very nice.
