Nice clean and fairly new complex with parking albeit limited for vehicles over 2m high (but appeared enough). Studio room has generous bathroom and nice size balcony that catches morning to midday sun a little in warmer month (more so in cooler months. Has views over Kawana waters. 10 minute walk to Birtinya shopping centre

Main room space limited, there is enough space to move around bed kitchen but it is not generous, you wouldn't be able to use the two sitting chairs to watch TV.. a lot of hall space which is were the m3 is lost. Kitchen is minimally equipped, could do with a few microwave jugs or bowls to heat stuff in microwave. Black tea bags are terrible and only few provided and only restocked weekly. Could not link TV to tablet using any share as it would not connect same network as tablet. Could not find address of apartments on Garmin GPS, the complex is in Birtinya, not Kawana Waters

The unit was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of four. The laundry facilities (including washing liquid) were a great bonus for us toward the end of our holiday. The location was quiet but walkable to a small shopping centre with grocery and restaurants.

One of our bathroom sinks was stopped up and essentially unusable. We informed the front desk on checkout and they seemed surprised. As we only stayed two nights we were able to use the remaining sink and it didn't impact our stay.

Lovely location. Generally quiet as other residents seemed to be doctors and nurses from the local hospital. Other than a small issue with the shower water flowing from an unknown location all over the bathroom floor, which would have been fixed straight away but we suggested to wait until we left, the facilities were great. Lovely balcony overlooking the water. We'd definitely stay again.

Nothing that is the fault of the property. Occasion noise from others as it is apartments. For instance, the dragging of chairs and heavy footed person from the apartment above.

WE had to check in with the office onsite, it was a last minute booking as we had booked a camp site to camp but it was pouring rain so had to look for something dry. we were lucky the office was open (not sure of the office hours) as our booking hadn't been confirmed on their system as the one Id booked & paid for wasn't available on their system. Anyway they quickly sorted it out. only 30 mins into our stay the people staying across the hall knocked on our door to tell us to be quiet, a real "Karen". The room was spacious, pleasant outlook to a man made waterway, great balcony with sliding screens to open up or fully enclose. .Id book again if up that way. Close to restaurants & cafes which we ate at & visited Dicky Beach & a few others.

The kitchen is useful, and the fridge was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer came in handy. The shopping centre is an easy 10 minute walk away along the path at the bank of the waterway. There is also a good asian resteraunt around the corner.

There is no swimming pool or gym, but that didn't bother me.

- modern design - newly built apartment - all the necessary items are in the apartment (micro; fridge with small freezer; kettle; air con; balcony; cutlery, plates, glasses and cups) - clean (including bathroom) - very convenient check-in and check-out (with the key locker, so you can arrive anytime) - visitors parking permit for the whole period of stay

- several places in the apartment were dusty (back side of TV and the bathroom door). This may cause big health problem for people with allergy for dust. - one night it was a lot of noise from neighbors (either from their balcony or from the room)

Was nice and enough room. wasn’t much for my 1 year old to grab was good.

The room my daughter was in closest to the halls outside the blind did not keep out the light even more every time someone would go past the light would turn on and make the room light up and woke her up half of the night. There needs to be curtains like main room to keep dark. Aswell as the lounge room to have option like main room . Couldn’t work the Internet and if we were told what under cover the park was at instead of going around back and forth looking for it. Wasn’t clearly stated.

Nice little studio perfect for an overnight stay or 2, was in a good location not far from the sports stadium. Cute little balcony and simple set-up with just the essentials for a one night stay. Lady that greeted us was lovely and had nice secure parking although bit of a squeeze for bigger cars.

This little studio was nice but the photos definitely make it look more luxurious than it is. It's an old style room that's definitely been around for a while doesn't look as nice as the pictures but it functionality works well and if your just there for an over night stay or 2 it's great. Only has a microwave and kettle so can't cook to much.

Very clean and spacious for two people. Four might have been a bit cosy even though there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walking distance to supermarket and a nice view of the canal.

An indoor dining table would have been nice but I don't think there would be room. I found sitting at the kitchen bench got uncomfortable after a while as did the outdoor setting. Cushions on the outdoor chairs might have helped.

What we really loved was the location. Walking distance to Coles and restaurants. The other thing that was a standout was the view, but mostly the beautiful breeze that filled our room. It was overall a hit with everyone on our trip and voted to stay there again next time.

A little bit more attention to detail in the cleanliness.
