We stayed at the BB twice. The first time we stayed in a house and the next time in an apartment. Both accommodations were very well-equipped, very clean, and spacious. We highly recommend the accommodation, and in our opinion, there is only one minor drawback. There aren't enough storage/hanging options in the bathroom. The service on the first evening was particularly excellent. The number for the key safe didn't work at first, and we received support by phone at 9 p.m. A new PIN code was created, and the key handover worked. We would be happy to come back.

Great location. Walking distance to Aldi and a playground.

Not serviced each day. Couldn’t locate outside bins. Main bedroom door handle should be fixed. When door is closed from the inside, I could not open it, needed someone strong on the outside to force handle down to open door. Had peacock feathers in a vase. Couldn’t really tell if either door was locked properly if you were inside locking them. Had 6 people staying there but did not have 6 chairs at dining table. Also did not have complete dinner setting for 6. Needs aircon in all bedrooms.

The site manager did a fantastic job and moved us to a cleaner townhouse and also offered to clean the dirty unit herself for us at 4pm in the afternoon or move us to another unit if there was one available (which was a very kind and professional gesture rather than just offer a refund and like many would at the time of day) . This encouraged us to stay and give the place a chance and we enjoyed the rest of our stay .

First townhouse we checked into was poorly cleaned at last changeover and had some serious dust build ups and cupboards full of crumbs, the microwave was growing inside . We were moved to a cleaner townhouse which was lovely and big and a lot cleaner than the original unit we checked into , only real issue was the dryer lint catcher was so thickly coated with lint it was about to catch fire , which is more safety than cleanliness . We enjoyed the rest our stay

I liked that it was about 10 - 20 minutes from almost everything we did. It was clean and the kids loved having their own room. It was nice to have more room during a longer stay instead of all being jammed into 1 hotel room.

It would have been nice to have a laundry basket and the washer & dryer could be updated and a new frying pan would be great. But they worked and it was nice to be able to do laundry. They should mention that they stop in and change out towels and change bedding during longer stays as we were a bit surprised to return and see that someone had been in our apartment. It would just be nice to know.

First contact was superb! Our request for an earlier check in was well and truly accommodated and with zero fuss. Both front counter clerks were incredibly friendly! The rooms were sleek, clean, and modern. Bathroom facilities were generously sized and well stocked! The pool was the perfect temperature. We had lighting issues in the BBQ and pool area the first night, but these were fixed on the second night. Close proximity to ALDI, a chemist, cafes, and waterviews. This place offers everything you need for 2 nights or 20.

The person answering the after-hours assistance helpline was not helpful at all when I called to advise we were cooking in the dark as the lights were not working. Their words were 'reception is closed, we can't help you with the lights at the pool'. Considering I got their number FROM the pool area, I was pretty disappointed with their response. I reported this issue (and afterhours lack of assistance) to reception the following day, and it was resolved immediately. Sounds like the person answering after hours was in a could not be bothered mood.

Nice location. The apartment was clean. Pool area was nice. Secure parking in garage with extra allocated park at the back of the apartment for extra or large vehicle. Aldi and a nice cafe that makes great coffee, smoothies and hot breakfast across the road. Bonus toilet downstairs. Washing machine and dryer.

There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom upstairs. Some of the utensils were dirty so I had to wash all of the cutlery prior to using. The frypan supplied is bent. The clothes dryer is very noisy, almost sounds like it's got something wrong with it, there is a clothes line however all of the pegs are perished and it was raining on and off. Minor things though, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a WAY better way to holiday than being in a motel. It was a great apartment. Really nice complex. A home away from home really.

It was very tight for getting the car into the garage. A couple of small things need repair. The fan in the main bedroom isn’t working properly. One downlight in the main bedroom wasn’t working. It would be good to have side tables on both sides of the bed

Outside area dirty and needs mopping at minimum, no tea towels, unorganized staff when checking in, no staff at checkout at 10am Despite asking for tea towels on our 2nd day due to not having any provided at checkin, they still failed to deliver them Suggest air con is turned on prior to guest arrival, bedrooms upstairs were like a sauna for several hours

The price point and the amenities it had was everything I needed. Good location for us too. Will stay there again.

The only thing I will say is the floors were slippery. Too much soap on them from not dried off after cleaning. Which isn’t a bad thing but could have been, my teenage daughter slipped and nearly hurt herself. Maybe just dry off floors and less bleach used. Nothing major just thought might be noted for there cleaners. Otherwise will Defs book again for future sporting events.

Right next to shops, cafe and restaurant and very happy to have a garage for my car. The booking staff are so lovely and helpful, the property itself neat and clean and spacious.

This is a very close density family complex. Not the fault of the property but it is very noisy with cars, screaming children, people coughing for 3 days straight and banging gates and vehicles hitting speed bumps. If you’re not used to that (like I am not) then you might find it irritating.
