Our stay was only for one night, wish we had time for a longer stay. Although there were minor hick ups we enjoyed our stay very much at the facility. Sauna was very good. Staff had the room ready for us way ahead of the scheduled time and really appreciate that and we were allowed to check in very early. Thank you so much for that , it saved us a lot of trouble.

Mattress was too soft, preferred if the mattresses were bit hard so it would help with our bad backs. Have to rely on AC/Heating at living area and understands that this is a very minor issue. Could not get the Spa jets to work although the water was heated.

The staff that I spoke with were all absolutely lovely! From the lady on the phone (you could hear the smile in her voice - that goes a long way) to the team member at check out, each person was a pleasure to deal with. Check in was a breeze even though it was outside reception hours. But, if you can, treat yourself to an ocean view room... it was worth it, despite having not so good weather. Beds were super comfy and toiletries were delicious!

To be honest, there wasn't really anything we didn't like. We will make a trip here an annual event I think.

The apartment was spacious. Close to the beach, surf club and shopping centre. Lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Didn't smell very fresh especially in the hallway. The kids held their noses from the lift! Really didn't like the blankets on the bed that looked like they were from 1970. Some crisp doona covers would be so much nicer than a bally blanket. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. Our view was of the back balconies of the apartments next door but we were only there one night.

The property was wonderful for a family holiday. The kids loved the tennis court, pool and spa. The bbq area was great too. It was a great size unit with everything needed for a family holiday and it was close to everything. The kids loved the resident bird that would visit on the balcony each day. The staff were also wonderful and had great communication. The only thing thing needed was security screens on the windows, only one window in the unit had a screen and with kids and being on the 6th floor that did give me some anxiety. But all up it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back again but might try a ground floor unit with young children.

Location was great. Opposite the beach and very close to the shopping centre. The pools and tennis court were great. the spa was good too. Julie in reception was very nice and went out of her way to find toys for my son to play in the pool. Rooms were spacious Furnishings were OK.

The kitchen and bathrooms are dated and could do with update. The dryer didnt work for us. Needed a bug spray as we saw some critters around the kitchen and living room.

Check in was so easy. The service recieved at check in was exceptional. I can't recall the lady's name who checked me in but she was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt immediately relieved that I had made the right choice by staying there. The location is brilliant. The beach is literally 1 min away. The shopping centre is 1 minute away. The pool was clean, the facilities were clean. Everything was accessible. The rooms were spacious.

Look, the price was high for 1 night, but it is high everywhere. What made me forget about the price was the immediate exceptional service I recieved from the moment I made the booking.

Location is amazing. The facilities were great, pool, tennis court, table tennis, bbq area, little dvd library, sauna etc were all a great addition. Even had a cafe on Saturday morning (although would’ve been even better if open more often). Great balcony overlooking the waterfront.

Only a small issue but the master bedroom was quite hot as the air con didn’t flow well to that room and the lights in bbq area weren’t working so could bbq after dark.

We stayed in a newly renovated apartment, which was great. Very clean and well appointed. Great views of the ocean and the mountains

The building itself is quite old and run down. During the night, a cockroach ran across our friend's face as he was going to sleep, and when he got up he realised there were quite a few cockroaches in the bathroom.

Stayed for 2 nights in two bedrooms apartment for 3 adults and two young kids. The location is really good, close to shopping centre and beach. The facilities were great enough for us to have a BBQ next to the tennis court, and kids also enjoyed spa during the windy weather. We will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Really spacious apartments that were well stocked and furnished. The bbq area, tennis court, pool and spa areas were fantastic. Great location, close to a patrolled beach, shops and everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
