Location was excellent. From checkin with the friendly staff, things continued on a positive trajectory. The room was easy to access, with parking available right outside. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in.

Dinner at the adjoining hotel/restaurant wasn't fantastic. The menu is quite limited, and the standard of the food is unfortunately not at the level it used to be. The staff are still wonderful, and when a menu overhaul is done, hopefully the food will be as fantastic as the staff.

Easy check in receptionist was efficient and friendly. Room was tidy and clean. We sat at the table and exchanged gifts for an early Christmas and then headed over to the Carriers for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, great staff and extremely friendly - great portion size, they also let us bring an additional person along that lived in Maryborough no hassle and she had her breakfast promptly.

There was a leak in the bottom of the shower that spilled onto the tiles, my mother who is 80 was concerned she might slip, had to put towels down - let the receptionist know about the leak, she said it was the age of the property and others had the same issue, best to fit it asap !

I stayed in the spa bath room ... So good 👍👍 Off the M1 but easy to get to. Room was Very clean. Bed was amazing. Ground floor unit... Loved that. Staff member I spoke to on the phone, Sheree, was really cool & down to earth. Day staff lady very nice too.

Wish I'd booked another night. Wish I'd arrived earlier for a longer spa bath. Sounds quality of TV not the greatest, especially from bed but I was tired anyway.

The property has everything, great self contained rooms, pool, and hotel next door with large serving size meals. Massive thank you to you wonderful reception lady, she helped me fix my booking, when I stuffed it up! Absolute legend! Garry in the hotel/restaurant is a champion, he looked after us and it was so fantastic to actually have real customer service for once.

Clean comfortable room with table and chairs. Bedlight. Power points for charging. Walk to restaurant and/or Cafe. Quiet. Great choice of television and movies.

Too cold for pool but it's there! Carriers menu options have decreased but quality meal. Bed has a top layer that is different quality to mattress. Not sure I like it.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sharyn (?). I liked the convenience of having breakfast at the facility and dinner in the same complex. I liked having my car under cover and parking outside my room.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Something of which to be aware is that the rooms are not new BUT I found my room very clean and comfortable and was not bothered by the lack of newness.

Very spacious and well-appointed rooms with ample space for each member of the group. Well-appointed kitchen with fridge and microwave and separate dining table made the room very comfortable and particularly well-appointed. Room appeared recently refurbished with a large bathroom, storage, and ironing facilities in room.

Very little to not like about the room. My bed was on the soft side and was certainly much softer than I am used to, however, it was quite comfortable.

Room was good, beds comfy, staff was lovely, walk across the carpark have dinner in hotel, very nice or there is a Cafe near pokie room and they sell great muffins, they also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer, walking distance to shops

Our room was behind the drive through bottle shop, but if you book there ask for rooms on other side, would stay here again

I love the spacious rooms, the kitchenette has a full size sink (so much easier to fill the kettle) and also that you can cast to the tv securely from your own devices. Staff are always lovely, rooms are great and have everything you need. Location is great too and easy on-site parking.

This is a quality hotel/motel with a great bistro. Unfortunately when we attempted to book into the bistro, there were no tables available. We will return next year.

Our room was adjacent to the bottle shop, and on both nights we were disturbed by late night revelers deep in loud conversation about something important to them.
