This was precisely what we wanted - a great place for a family, nicely equipped kitchen with everything we needed and a great location. No need to use the car - you can walk to the shops and there are some great family friendly restaurants in the neighbourhood. The city centre is only a short walk away and the surrounding area around Battery Point is very scenic and great to explore.

They were really nice enough to let us checked in earlier than 2 and cqme personally to give us the 2nd room's keys. Thank you so much Kitchenette was tip top and love that it was moconna coffee enough for all of us..we were sooo in need of a hot cuppa

No shower gel only shampoo and conditioner. What's with that ? One of thz room's single bed had no electric blanket

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor unit which we requested. It was easy to find and close to the shopping centre.

While there is a parking space for every car if it's full it can be a problem if someone has a very large vehicle as they just fit within the lines leaving no space to open the doors.

We have stayed here four times before. We like the convenience of the location and the quietness of its location (in a suburban street). Staff are always helpful and respectful. Was impressed with the volume of towels and toiletries left in our bathroom (three night stay)...compared with a recent experience on the Sunshine Coast where we had to beg for an extra towel!!

The only frustration this stay related to the poor internet feed. We’ve never experienced this before, but this time it was almost impossible to sustain an internet search on our iPads.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Tasmania. The accommodations were exceptional, offering clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The locations were perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. Overall, a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Tasmania.

The welcoming lady at the reception who gave information about transport & places to eat. My well appointed room was quiet & comfortable with kitchen facilities, lovely bathroom as well as cozy chairs for relaxing. Parking was free & safely off the street & the appearance of the property was most welcoming with gardens & outside areas to sit & have coffee. There was also a well equipped guest laundry.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of room in the bedroom with 4 beds and lounge/dining area was also spacious. It was great to be able to cook meals, and fridge was the perfect (large) size for our family. Laundry facilities were clean and convenient and included being able to borrow clothes airers.

Wish the toilet was separate and not in the bathroom

The check-in process was extremely easy and the staffs were extremely nice. The apartment we checked in unit #3 was extremely tidy. The bathroom and living space were very spacious and extremely clean. The facilities have a kitchen, toaster and kettle for warming up water. It has cutleries for small snacks and a fridge to store light drinks from groceries. I also forgot something in the room after dropping my key card. The staff who attended to my emergency need was very courteous and arrived early at 7:30 AM to open my room to retrieve my left-behind electronics. The apartment is not too far from the CBD of Hobard - relatively easy to walk to it (30 min or so one way). There is free parking from the property.

There is nothing I do not like about the property.

The 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful. Plenty of room and very clean. Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and public transport.

Lighting in the lounge, dining room a little dim when wanting to read etc.

The location is fantastic, and the accommodation is roomy and well equipped. The little Gifts left for us were a great touch.

Not a huge issue for us, but could be for others, was the two TV's had really poor reception.
