Immaculate & beautifully decorated property with everything that you could want or need (even umbrellas for changeable Hobart weather!) Very considered & tastefully appointed. Appreciated the selection of herbal teas & coffee & also great quality products offered in the bathrooms. Definitely the most comfortable accommodation we had in our week of exploring Tasmania. Communication with the hosts was brilliant.

The property was on a busy road, so access with a car at certain times could be problematic. Traffic noise was annoying early on the week day we stayed there, but good excuse to get up early & explore the city!

Ok, We have been on holiday for over 4 weeks and have stayed in a number of different places. Best stocked kitchen so far. Not kidding. The bed was comfortable the shower was the best shower was really nice. No slipping in the shower. The WiFy was more than adequate. We had coffee and milk was included. Too bad didn’t cook. There are a number of different restaurants within a short walking distance. Self check in was super easy. I read a review about the washing machine smelling like mold. NO MOLD smell. Just wanted others to know there is no problem. The couch was a little uncomfortable for me. The parking in back was really convenient. Heating and AC worked well.

My expectations were exceeded by the beautiful homely feel of this accommodation. Every small detail that could make your stay an exceptional experience was thought of and more. When our host knew we would be arriving late evening we had lights on and heating to greet us. We felt like we had luxury at every turn and our biggest regret was that we were only staying for the 2 nights and not longer! Would highly recommend!!

The central location to the Markets and shopping centres. The beds were extremely comfortable. Fresh milk and bottled water in fridge was a pleasant surprise, also the well stocked pantry with tea, coffee, sugar etc. The lounge area was very comfortable with a large screen TV and free WiFi with a fast and reliable connection.

There was no mirror or washbasin in bathroom(shower only) which made it a bit difficult to dry our hair, considering the hairdryer was located in a cupboard in the upstairs toilet area, which also had no power outlets. Shaving for men would also have been a problem, I should imagine.

Lovely lighting and angles of sight makes a small house appear much larger. Eye catching decor. My bed was firm and comfortable - and parking on site as part of the deal! Surprisingly quiet despite being on busy street. Very happy with this CBD stay.

Electronic door lock took me a few attempts to get right - but then you don’t have to fret about keys.

Excellent communication from host re-entry code, checkin time, parking etc. the property was fantastic. Light, beautifully decorated and so quiet. Tea, coffee, bathroom products, water…… and pantry extras, washer/dryer if you wanted to stay longer. Perfect for our family. Great position for an easy walk to market, cafes, restaurants and wharf. Loved it. Will definitely stay again (but longer)

Location was perfect for walking everywhere! Very comfortable accommodation and well appointed.

There was nothing we did not like! Perfect home away from home! Ted, just wanted to let you know that the washing machine is not balanced and likes to walk when it goes into the spin cycle.

Perfect size for 2 couples Proximity to the CBD/Harbour The decor and character was lovely. Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows excellent. Shower excellent with hot towel holder perfect. The slippers a nice touch and perfect in the cold weather. As were the umbrellas. Well equipped house. Everything we needed we found.

Main Road traffic noise Dryer had no vent being in under stair cupboard (we kept door open ) and it didn’t dry the clothes totally, the dryer would shut off and clothes still damp

What a beautiful premises she is. Beds and pillows were comfortable. House is very well appointed and we needed for nothing. Great location to CBD

Not the fault of anyone, just it’s Maquarie st so expect a little noise. We knew and understood what we booked and could absolutely overlook that.

Property is very well accommodating and has great facilities. Walking distance to the CBD & Salamanca area. Great for those with hire cars as parking is available.

The property was great. Nothing to really report that we didn’t like.
