The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued. The room was old and some tiles in the shower were cracked or broken. However, the room was very clean and very well presented. I like to especially mention the microwave oven and the toaster was even clean, something I have not experienced in the last 4 hotel/motels I have stayed in. There was plenty of satchets of coffee and sugar and teabags to last me for my stay and then some. There was even a jug of cold water in the fridge. Carparking was convenient.

Great location and very basic but clean and comfortable

All contact with staff were done via phone or email. It wasn’t a problem at all, but can’t give then top marks as no actual interaction. As a foreign visitor would haves been nice to speak to a local about local info about how to get into town and where is good to visit. But hey, sometimes it’s good to get lost and find those things out for yourself

I didn't actually stay here, I booked the hotel room for family - there was some issues after they left. Management was extremely empathetic towards my situation and were extremely helpful in assisting me to rectify the problem. The management team and the cleaning team were all very nice and friendly and I, myself would stay at the hotel if I needed to in the future. I would like to thank management for their patience and friendly manner towards myself which made my experience with you a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend you guys. Thank you.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The price is really good value. Easy access and easy to find. The wi-fi worked really well and was a decent bandwidth, often I find I end up hotspotting my phone as the 'free wifi' at motels is so slow. Bathroom and room was very clean.

Bed was too soft for my liking, some would really like it though. Water pressure wasn't fantastic but didn't mean you couldn't have an adequate shower. Not so much a dislike but something to note, the room doors do lock when you shut them. It just doesn't seem that way as there's no lock or latch on the inside, just one of those oldschool chains you can latch.

Coffee & tea making facilities, microwave & cutlery & crockery in room. Warm air-conditioning & good shower on a cold night. Large TV. Even though on a relatively busy road, the room was quiet. Reception was helpful when.I had a problem with the smart TV.

It was about a km from city centre & railway station. Traveller with heavy luggage would require a taxi.

Close to things friendly staff

The room we stayed in room 4 shower needs a good clean and shower door wouldn’t shut properly, toilet when flushed button would get stuck and water would keep running. Where the basin is there was a towel rail but no longer but towel rail ends are still there and was dangerous when you wash hands and you lean forward l hurt my leg on it.

Comfortable bed. Water hot. Towels fluffy. Microwave very handy. Cutlery and plates etc. ( missing sweet bowls). Air con worked well. Has a small pool which I didn’t use.

When looking for the motel it has a very small frontage and you have to be ready for a sudden turn. Not a dislike but a warning. I take my own soap, shampoo etc and there were no soap holders, shelf in shower.

very good value for money. Nicely refurbished room with king bed, settee and table and chairs. Close to CBD.

Wifi password was not readily available and staff member was not au fait with it. Keeping it in the room information folder would be a better option. Air conditioner remote control was finicky. Trying to adjust the temperature would shut the unit down, and restart was not a simple process - the on/off button didn't do the trick.

Room was good size. Parking outside the door Included microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge, crockery and cutlery. Bottle of water in fridge. Requested early check-in, was accommodated. Large bathroom with shower, towels and face washers provided.

Had an issue with limited tv channels, to be fixed by technician after notified the manager.

A budget motel, reasonably priced, had everything I needed for a week's work in Bendigo. The location was great, I could walk to work and a nice cafe in the morning. The motel is a budget motel but it has everything you need - the room was large enough, bed comfy, wifi good (fast enough I could watch shows on my computer each night), shower hot and good pressure, I had no issues while staying there. Don't get me wrong, it is a basic motel but all I need is a good bed, wifi and shower - it had all those and close to town. For me, why pay extra bucks when this does me. I will stay here again on work trips to Bendigo. Oh and the heater worked which was good as it was cold in Bendigo.

The carpet could do with sprucing up but it's a budget motel.
