The room was spacious and very clean. Great location. Beds were comfy, we loved the big shower and the water pressure was good. It would be ideal if you were travelling for business as the work station was very well set up. Our meals in the restaurant were top quality. We can't wait to visit again just for the meals. Also, the buffet breakfast looked great just a little expensive and didn't cater for special dietary needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I was expecting a room overlooking the lake with a balcony as the photo of our room showed on Booking.com. For the price I paid, I assumed we would get a better room. So, I would have to say it's overpriced. Also, the internet kept dropping out... very intermittent.

Very comfortable King size bed, nice balcony overlooking the lake from Room 104, great water pressure and a large shower, comfortable lounge, large room, great restaurant downstairs - we had the Pan seared scallops with cauliflower puree, Barramundi thai green curry, and the pan seared chicken breast and it was all delicious, very generous servings as well as gluten free. We were also able to check out a bit later @ 11am, very friendly gentleman on reception.

I really couldnt fault the room other than No toaster in the room ( although they do have breakfast in their restaurant downstairs ),

The staff, location and the general environment of the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful and were quick to call when we had left an item of clothing behind.

This is not a complaint, more a statement of fact. In contrast to the newer wing of the hotel, the older motel style rooms are a bit ordinary. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, a good TV, a well functioning shower, but dated in comparison to the newer wing. The complaint I have is that despite the price of the stay, there was a charge for the bottles of water in the mini bar.

Stayed here as they had restaurant on site but were unable to have a table, even though there were plenty of free tables, because they did not have enough staff. Suggested we go to hotel down the road which we did not want to do in 35 degree temperature!

Very expensive for weeknight accommodation. $250 a night! We stayed 2 nights with other friends booking 3 other rooms. Tap handle broken. Dirty cutlery. Would not expect to pay that amount and have a sink to use for kitchen and bathroom use in kitchen. None in bathroom itself. Pool area invaded with ants. Despite all of that the staff who looked after the 15 of us Friday in the restaurant were amazing! Fantastic Toblarone cocktails made by the guy in the bar

We stayed here as we were competing at the Bendigo Ballroom dance competition. It was a great location with only an eight minute drive to to the Red Energy Arena. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The coffee van across the road was a real bonus. We arrived back around 8:30pm from our comp and ordered room service as the restaurant was full and closing. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend the lime cheesecake.....if that's your thing.

The only negatives was the beds weren't all that comfortable. I believe ours where two singles pushed together which is always uncomfortable with that ridge down the middle.

Had a really cosy stay! Ordered the chicken salad starter and pumpkin side for dinner and they were absolutely delicious. The room was super clean and cozy given how chilly it was outside. Staff were super hospitable and lovely. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever passing through Bendigo.

Was a little noisy with other patrons slamming doors and talking out in the hall way, however this isn’t on the quality hotel lakeside. Would still absolutely stay here again!

Bed soooooo comfy. Had a great night’s sleep. Friendly staff, checkin simple and efficient, receptionist knowledgeable and approachable Room spacious, well appointed and clean Quiet, despite being on a busy road Location good, can walk into cbd if you wish (about 15 min) Opposite the lake which is always beautiful Happy hour appreciated!

Lighting in bathroom isn’t good for putting on make up Shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor as there is a half inch gap between the shower door and the shower screen, like the door isn’t wide enough That’s it! Will definitely stay again

Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of parking right at the door. Friendly staff who were super helpful.

Was a shame the restaurant was closed the night we stayed. We did get a recommendation for a place down the road which was perfect. Also very close to the train line which didn’t realise at the time of the booking but didn’t bother us too much last train went by just as we where heading to bed and was already up early when the first one went past.

Clean, modern and a spacious room with a large balcony.

We arrived on a Saturday and left on Monday. We put out the room service sign on Sunday but came back to our room unserviced. After needing to go to reception ( we needed clean towels) they informed us that they do not service apartments on Sundays. If this is the case, then a discounted rate should apply and customers should be informed of this before checking in.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. Opposite a beautiful lake and walking distance to a few great pubs and cafes. The rooms were spacious and clean. Locky at reception was friendly, helpful and made our stay just that little bit better. We ordered room service for dinner and it was really delicious.... also the buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall a relaxing lovely stay. I will be back again. 😊
