The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Good location. Great parking. Great access for the disabled. Quiet.

It could do with an update. A little bit more light in the car park, so if a client arrives at night, they can see a bit better to unpack from their vehicle. The price is on the high side.

The room size was perfect for a family stay, and the essentials were there. TVS were in each room with Netflix access, which was good.

The face washers and hand towels were dirty, and the bathroom lock was not working. However, the room and other towels were clean, and there were enough blankets and extra pillows.

The queen bed was incredibly comfortable, the room had microwave, bar fridge, kettle, great breakfast menu which could be returned to reception, smart tv

If I had to pick, The shower head was old fashioned, and there was a random stream of water hitting the window sill The single bed was starting to squeak

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. I had a TV, WIFI, microwave , kettle , toaster and fridge. The bed was comfortable and beautifully made. The breakfast was good for the price. Jackie at the front desk was friendly, polite and helpful. I was able to walk into town in 20 minutes and it was a short drive to the mountain bike park at Spring Gully.

The parking was a little tight due to the building design. Longer style vehicles could find it hard to negotiate when the car park is full. The rooms were sound proof except for the sound from the carpark. I would have liked fluffier towels and a basin in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed, pillows very comfortable. Clean and tidy.. Kitchen, with everything you need, inc microwave./ toaster. Huge shower . Car parking at your door_with only 1 way in /out ( if your a bit 'Precious' about being able to SEE your wheels😉) Very helpfuleager... to please staff! Pub across the road, and supermarket 5 mins walk. And a short fairly flat walk into town.

Staff were friedly, beds were comfy, room was clean. Bathroom quite outdated but well looked after. Just small and lacking in natural lighting which makes things like makeup application hard. Pub across the road is stellar.

Bed was very comfortable, Quiet location, easy access from highway, facilities were good for the type of stay, I was after.

Benches and sinks were quite low for me, being of above average height, but that was only a very minor observation by me.

The family room kitchen did not have a kitchen sink so you had to go to the bathroom sink to wash plates cups or fill the kettle

All went well nice lying in bed listening to the pouring rain.We are happy there been there before and it suits us, we will continue to use as long as price doesn’t go up too much

Nice comfortable clean room,liked it had free wifi and the motels netflix account already logged in for use on the tv,perfect for the 1 night and very close to my friends house that I was attending her birthday party. I would definitely stay here again.
