Some old stains on one of the chairs and no laundry bags and slippers. Also regarding before checking in, I must point out that when we drove up to the front entrance (no one greeted us to at least ask us if we were checking in or not? By the time we unloaded all of our luggage’s and pram with an active toddler, only then we were greeted as we walked in and checked in - then we realised the car park was right outside our room (this was annoying, especially after a long drive from Sydney and we were extremely tired). Also the bed was very comfortable but would’ve liked a king bed.

The resort was large with a number of rooms, well laid out, private and quiet. Everything was well maintained and nice. The room (they call them suites) was an unusual layout, a bit different to other ones we saw there. We weren't that keen on the layout but there was nothing wrong with it. The bed was huge and comfortable, with a blanket between the top sheet and doona - we were able to just use that as we found the doona heavy and hot. Everything was very clean, lovely linen, the room was very roomy with a good size smart TV. The bistro provided good food, a bit above the usual "pub" style stuff. You could easily walk to the bistro from your room but part of it was exposed so we did get a bit wet. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was a good size, modern and clean. However, the vanity was tiny so you had to store anything on the floor or on top of the toilet cistern. I am not sure why motels and hotels don't provide shelving for your things, it is a constant problem. The vanity did have cupboards but we don't like leaving anything in them as you can forget them when you go. Anyway, a minor quibble.

My partner is immunocompromised and I kindly made request for an extra-thorough clean and room far from potential cigarette smoke. Lucy went above and beyond and proudly organized all my requests. Due to availability, she actually gave us a free upgrade. The proximity of the room was on the end farther from the bistro and game room. We didn't make use of the spa, but really enjoyed the extra space. We personally found the beds very comfortable, and we usually struggle with this sort of thing, even in 5 star hotels. We were fond of the little complimentary Belgian biscuits in the tea cupboard and regretted not grabbing a few on our way out 😅 This is the second time we've stayed here as we remember it being clean and comfortable from 2 years ago. BIG thankyou Lucy and Ash who checked us in and to the All Seasons room cleaning staff. 😊🙏

Noise from the bistro and game room must leak into reception as it made it difficult for them to hear me over the phone when I ordered room service. Not a complaint as such but I felt bad for reception having to constantly apologize for asking me to repeat myself because of noise.

I like Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Bar , Restaurant, very friendly staffs, easy access, close parking

I'm Indonesians from Bali, and so sorry for your "Nasi Goreng" is totally wrong for me, the texture is watery, taste sour and weird, and please never put broccoli, If you want optional veggies this is the basic veggies you can add and mix (shredded cabbage, carrot, green onion) Nasi Goreng texture should be dry, smoky, tasty and bit spicy. Your Steak is Perfect, Chicken wings was nice, I love your Special Easter Mango Dessert

The room was spacious and had clean. They had a toaster, electric kettle, tea/coffee, hair dryer, iron. Clean towels provided. The hot chocolate sachets in the room was SO good! Jacuzzi, heated pool and Sauna was good.

Only thing I was a bit not happy with was, there were no toothbrushes already provided in the bathroom. When I asked for one, the receptionist asked me to come to the reception to get it, which was a bit of a walk from our room & it was quite cold. When I stepped out I was lucky enough to be greeted by housekeeping staff who were doing their rounds. She was nice enough to bring the toiletries to my room. I would suggest either to keep toothbrushes in the room already or when guests asks for it, arrange it to be sent to their room.

Location, price, availability of food. Pool complex was great, though the pool itself was slightly on the cool side for my liking.

Info about microwaves being more prominent. They were available around the property, just in our case, it would have required a longer stay to have the time to better explore. That said, these communal microwaves may suffer overuse or misuse if they were better advertised... Parking was assigned (which is great), but regulars just parked in any spot in the vicinity of their room, which did cause some undue concern that we'd get in trouble parking in someone else's spot.

Loved the room service and it can be paid by your deposit. The meal we got delivered was amazing. The pool and.facilities were great and it was handy to have the pokies at your doorstep. Room was spacious and clean spa was awesome, loved the welcoming from the friendly staff and when you turned on tv with a welcome info attached.The fluffy robes were an added treat for us. Also the $5 venue voucher for getting your room cleaned daily or if you let them know you didn't need it done you still recieved one . Would come again.

It didn't have a microwave in the room to heat up food after the late concert we went to apart from that can't fault it.

Our room location, situated to the pool was great for the kids. Rooms were a great size, so no one felt crammed into our living space. It was great to have everything at the accommodation as there was no need to leave if we didn't need to. Pool, laundry access, meals, bar, gaming, kids play area, grassed area. Parking was also ample. Staff were friendly and greeted us everywhere we went. It was nice to have dishes taken and beds made up each day.

Very clean, super comfy bed. Huge spa bath. Large spacious room with a balcony. The restaurant and bar made our stay so much easier than trying to find somewhere to eat out. Breakfast after checkout was delicious! Stayed for 1 night for Red Hot and thouroughly enjoyed our night away from the kids! Unfortunately, I never made it to the pool due to time, but it looks awesome and a great place to hang out in the summer months.

No option for late checkout and room wasnt ready until just after 2pm so was told to get a drink from the bar. A free drink would have been appreciated rather than paying and having to wait. A bit pricey for 1 night but enjoyable none the less!!

Spa needed to be hotter as it was as cold as pool. Bar meals need to open later on a Fri/sat night as advertised till 10pm To much chilli options on food not everyone like chilli even in dressing. More Foxtel channels tv reception very ordinary for choices Better reward point system
