The Tudor apartments that I stayed in are huge. There is plenty of room, and the outside patio area is also massive and private, so you can walk around, let it all hang out, and watch the world go by below. There is a large lounge suite and reasonable TV with basic free air and Foxtel channels. The apartment also comes with a desk and kitchen table, and an equipped kitchen with a big fridge freezer. The main bed was very comfortable. Good security, and the door access monitor works, so getting food delivered was easy if you don't want to use their restaurant, which had lovely meals.

The room was a bit smelly from cooking spices, but it aired out quickly and made me hungry lol.

The location of the hotel provides central access to all the areas of Melbourne I need to visit as well as providing a spacious and comfortable space to relax while I'm away from home. The beds always provide a great nights sleep and the kitchens are well equipped. I have stayed in multiple rooms and enjoyed them all. I particularly love the spaciousness of the room helping you to feel comfortable. The surrounding atmosphere is also peaceful and the location provides great access to a variety of public transport options, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms have minor maintenance items that don't impact your stay.

With a free upgrade the room was very good, with the Queen bed and a table and chairs on a mezzanine and a lounge downstairs with sofa, table and chairs, a kitchenette, a spare bed and a huge bathroom with two washbasins and a spa bath.

The kitchenette was tiny, with just a kettle and a toaster. All that was provided were two mismatched mugs, two mismatched tumblers and two teaspoons. There were no plates, bowls or knives and forks and no microwave. This was clearly to 'encourage' use of the onsite restaurant. I had one breakfast there, which was the second worst Eggs Benedict I have ever eaten. The eggs were fine but instead of a nice slice of sourdough and some quality ham or bacon they sat on a circle of processed ham and a round pancake like creation. The Hollandaise Sauce was too vinegary. I did not frequent the restaurant after that.

Our room in the annexed building was spacious and very comfortable. It was close to shops and places to eat, without the noise of being right in town.

Our room was not available for our first night due to a maintenance issue, so we were given another room without kitchen and the mini fridge didn’t work. The pool was very cold - I believed it was meant to be heated. Walking across the highway back to our annexed building in cold wet swimmers was less than enjoyable.

The apartments are very spacious making it feel homely. We found the beds to be incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was the first time we’ve used public transport in the area and was surprised at just how easy it was. There is a bus stop almost directly out front and a bus hub and large train station just down the road in Box Hill.

The apartments could have been cleaner and checked for maintenance prior to stay but the staff are amazing and if alerted they are very responsive.

It is conveniently located

The apartment was generally dirty. I had to clean the toilet on entry as brown staining under toilet seat cover was evident at first use (as a male, lifted toilet seat cover to wee & it was disgustingly stained) The whole room was stuffy & air in apartment fowl. The balcony had accumulated leaves & other debris suggesting had not been cleaned for some days. It’s a very good apartment in a convenient location only requiring some proper cleaning to make it habitable.

Check in was easy and fast. The lady at front counter was exceptionally helpful with explaining where everything was. Plus she upgraded us to a two bed room apartment instead of the 1 bedroom booked. We did not use the second room but enjoyed the huge open living area. The bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The entire place was spotlessly clean, good water pressure in the shower, which is something I’m particular about. Just really enjoyed this place and will definitely be returning. I always look around before booking anywhere and check the reviews. This place has the best reviews in this area and I was so glad we booked in here. Thanks so much :)

Couldn’t pick fault, and I’m extremely fussy about everything when staying somewhere.

Apartments are very spacious so you feel like you’ve walked into a home rather than a hotel. Tastefully furnished all of which is very comfortable. I always have a good nights stay on my visits because rooms have great blockout blinds and beds. Towels are extra large too.

Pillows could do with a refresh. Maybe some extra ones in the cupboard along with a blanket for those cooler nights. Heater didn’t work in the bedroom.

METRO TRAINS at BOX HILL Central - in Approx. ONLY 20 MINUTES you can be in the CITY CENTRE of Melbourne , and all attractions OR in the RAINFOREST of the DANDENONG RANGES! 5 minute walk to CBD & 2 minutes to VFL SPORTS oval, Library, Church's and other institutions. BUS stop on the doorstep. The most comfortable beds anywhere! If you are a CAR/BIKE pride & joy type, it is never out of your sight ( = stays away WITHOUT a duco-ding or spiteful scratch here & there👍 Gardeners will appreciate a Nice courtyard with some very old Hoya's, creeper Roses ect. Around the INDOOR POOL & GYM. And the Ye' olde' Tudor Façade, and SPACIOUS ROOMS with HEAPS of cupboard space, so you don't spend your stay, living out of a suitcase OR with unpacked stuff everywhere you look= very homely, secure and peaceful. There are a Aptly named Tudor King, and Queen suites, and like days' of Yore' if your priveledge enough to be on the grounds no-body will see where you are or aren't, if your 'in or 'out untill your 'out-side' (trusty steed, or carriage included,🤩😎 And Great , Large , Functions / Conference facility's. 🤓🎊

The Walk from Box Hill CBD although not too long, in parts a bit dark, so if travelling alone, or safety 1st people, for peace of Mind.. just catch the bus.

Good location to central Box Hill. Clean room, comfy bed. Good customer service. I was upgraded so I ended up with a nicer room than I booked- which was a welcome surprise. Room had a good heater and electric blankets. Good shower pressure,

It was a cold day and night, the heater was not put on before I arrived and took a while to heat up. I thought it was broken. Shower was an over bath shower so not suitable to people with mobility issues.
