The location was amazing, so close to the local town, the many trails of the Grampians and some local wineries. The stay was really comfortable and fit our whole group well The lake and equipment available to use! The privacy and feeling of being hidden away in the forest

There were quite a few cobwebs around the property and spider that came with them, which is understandable for being so remotely located I would have loved if it had just been dusted a bit more to get rid of more or the cobwebs! I also would have really appreciated a guide for how to use things in the property and things to see nearby, there may already be one of these but I didn’t see one!

The accommodation was very modern and unique set in a lovely setting, beds were very comfortable and great for entertaining inside and outside with the barbecue. Very nice plates and cutlery and good choice of glasses. Attractive spiral staircase but probably more suited to young people not family or older people.

There is only one small bathroom and one bedroom is upstairs which is impossible to navigate at night if one needs to use the bathroom. The kitchen lacks basic cleaning tools and supplies and condiments which are more like a hotel room than for a working kitchen which is usually better equipped in an air b and b. The worst part was when internet failed and the only thing available on tv was free to air channels. Also poor mobile signal. Too much black decor and poor lighting makes it difficult to work in.

I've always dreamed of experiencing a country-like environment overseas, and Grampians Getaway made that dream come true in the most wonderful and safe way. The architecture and design of the place are stunning, even giving me inspiration for my future home. With numerous hikes, waterfalls, and nature activities nearby, Grampians Getaway is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of the outdoors.

Collaborating more with local vendors and offering activities in the area would enhance the overall experience for guests and create a stronger connection to the local community.

The property is beautiful, the surroundings are amazing, the pyramids had everything we needed.

Half of the property was blocked off from use due to construction works being done. There is a tiny note on their website that says part of the property is under construction but it’s actually a very large portion that is unable to be used. It’s a great pet friendly resort but not much room for them to be walked with such a large chunk being closed for construction. You’re still paying full price for not being able to use the whole property.

A tranquil, pet-friendly retreat immersed in nature. Surrounded by beautiful birdlife, wallabies, and a serene lake, this hidden gem offers clean, luxurious, and affordable accommodation. Thoughtful touches like dog bowls made it even more special. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Grampians Getaway was amazing! Lovely spot to getaway! Only 5 minutes away from the township but close enough to everything and far enough to have a quiet place to stay. Great setup for our family trip. We had our family split across multiple pyramids, and it was a great setup for us. Comfortable, it is great to use the kayaks on the lakes, fire place both inside or outside was a nice touch. Had everything we wanted for a setup. I'm keen to make this a yearly family trip!

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, not a big deal, but just a heads up. Electric blankets were handy, and they just need an easier access point/power outlet/extension lead.

sensational stay at this property. We received a text for an early checkin and they even were able to give us a late checkout ! The property is clean, beautifully decorated and styled and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Having use of the kayaks was fun and also included an outdoor fire pit and bbq. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area that wants a Grampians getaway in style ! We will return for sure

Loved the it all

The couple’s cabin was lovely, nice and secluded from the pyramids but not too far from everything. Was greeted with immediate warmth upon arrival, which was a pleasure considering the cold weather! Everything inside the cabin was spotless and super cozy :)

Wonderful space to relax, private, very clean, beautiful design interior. The property is great for walks, kayaking and so many animals. The coffee available was such a nice touch. Great bathroom, facilities and easy to use kitchen set up. The Grampians bathroom products are also great quality.

As their isn’t internet or intermittent connection a map of the Grampians surrounding area and trail walks will be handy.

The pyramids were nicely spread out so it gave you a great sense of space and privacy. The inside of the pyramids were beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. It was a great place to holiday with your dogs.
