Staff were friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets and the little touches were great - Like yummy cookies, black makeup remover facecloth, great bathroom heater, awesome double shower heads . The surprise complimentary continental breakfast was great - although it was on too early for the teenagers to enjoy 🤣

No complaints from us. FYI for the light sleepers, you can hear cars coming and going outside the room but people were respectful and the teens were in room at front so did hear some road noise but didn’t stop them sleeping in!

For its age, the motel has kept well. Staff were extremely friendly. It had everything you'd be looking for. Bed was comfy and unlike other motels, the TV / remote worked! I slept like a log.

Some of the cupboards and grouting showed their age. I appreciate it's difficult to keep them looking new though. Honestly, this place met my expectations and I'd go back. It was pretty much isolated from places to eat etc but so were the other motels. However I could see that when I booked it - and in the end, it didn't matter to my situation.

Friendly welcome later in the evening, trouble free stay. We slept well and really enjoyed the fantastic shower in the morning. It seems like the rooms are slowly being upgraded (ours had a more modern bathroom and nice modern bedside lights. We also liked the extras available for purchase at reception, great quality local wines on offer was a very nice touch.

Noise from the highway, but that's to be expected given the location.

An excellent overnight stop on our way to Geelong. The young couple have taken ownership recently, and have great plans for the place. They were friendly, and the room was clean and well equipped for what it was. Look forward to staying again to see what they do! Couldn't hear any neighbours, but could hear a bit of road noise, but didn't keep us awake,and reminded us both of childhood noises

Excellent location and only a 900meter walk to and from the racetrack which was the reason for our trip. Room was a good size, the beds and pillows were great in fact we had been travelling for 2 weeks and it was the best night sleep I had had for the whole trip. The manager was super friendly. They offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. The pool was awesome!

A little dirty in the bathroom( hard to reach places, and that’s myself being picky as I’m a neat freak )but other facilities were wonderful.

Very clean and good value for money. All basic needs are in there. Been there for 3 nights on a holiday with family to cover see all attractions nearby. So, we were all day and back to the motel at sunset. Complimentary breakfast (coffee, juice, toast, cereals) were provided, too. The owner is very polite and friendly. .

Shower could have been a little bigger. It's too small and not enough room. Fridge works but not cool enough.

Excellent value for money. Great family room. Convenient location. Road noise wasn't too noticeable. Handy to be able to enter a code and have our key drop so we could check in late.

Mattresses were a little too firm for our liking.

We booked 6 rooms because nothing was available in Halls Gap. It's a value for money. Rooms have all the required facilities including, bedding, towels, toilet rolls, airconditioning, iron, microwave, tea sachets, delux rooms have the 2 seater sofa too. Staff was nice. Free breakfast includes different cereals, white and wholemeal breads, various jams, honey, peanut butter, butter, coffee (remember to turn the warmer on), fruits, and various tea sachets. Halls Gap is only 18 mins away from the property.

Rooms from 1 to 5 are noisy because the property is on the main road (yeah I know that's why it's a motel). Pool wasn't cleaned.

Older style motel with excellent facilities. Had everything that we needed - even a bottle opener! Extremely comfortable beds. Slept so well !! Aircon worked well and wasn’t noisy.

Nothing really. Bit of road noise but not an issue.
