The Villa was great very roomy and modern

TH room cleanliness wasn't great. Bathroom and shower were quite dirty and floors hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed.

We stayed in the three-bedroom villa, and at first, I was a bit worried because there weren’t any detailed descriptions or photos of the rooms and facilities. However, the villa completely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I think it would be really helpful if you could upload more photos of the rooms and amenities—future guests would be pleasantly surprised, just like we were.

The villa has a kitchen, which was great, but I assumed it would include some basic condiments like oil, salt, and sugar. Unfortunately, there were none, so we had to make a trip to the General Store. It would be really convenient if a few basic cooking essentials were provided for guests.

Cosy, warm and spacious. Lovely spa bath to enjoy after a day of hiking. Plenty of cupboard space in bedroom and bathroom.

Kitchen a little small and we needed to ask reception for a basic cutting knife to prepare food. The property manager tried to charge us $20 per day extra to supply firewood, despite it being complimentary. The manager also didn’t wish to service our room after 3 days as previously advised at the time of booking. We stayed 4 nights and needed to ask the manager for fresh towels, toilet rolls etc as we needed them. On checking out, our bill was already fully paid online however the manager came over and told me that $1,200 was showing outstanding on his system and he had permission from Booking.com to take this extra payment - which is double the cost of our stay. This became a very stressful check out process, proving my online payment receipt to the manager. He seemed very confused.

Location was good, being 5 minutes out of Halls Gap on a quiet road. Mount William room was clean and bed was comfortable. Electric blankets on bed were welcome, though the split system heater made the whole unit warm and cosy. Had a full size fridge, and enough kitchen equipment for you to be self contained. Yes, it's dated in places, but it didn't worry us. We enjoyed our stay. The man at reception was friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good and tv reception was good.

Maybe a teatowel to dry crockery.

Lovely peaceful grounds with plenty of blue wrens and other small birds. There was plenty of evidence of larger Aussie animals too but we didn’t see them. The location to halls gap was great. We liked the outdoor seating outside our rooms, comfy beds, hot showers, dining area (for three but we got an outdoor chair), toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The price was so good so we didn’t mind budget accom as we hardly spent time in the room. The Grampians is Victoria’s best attraction. So much to do here. Two days was not enough really. The family rooms were great for two adults, two primary aged kids and all our luggage. Plenty of bench space.

A bit of mould, run down place, cold pool but clean. But we knew what we were getting for based on the price.

Perfectly adequate accommodation, I did not choose to stay here for a 5star luxury resort romantic get away, it was perfectly comfortable, warm, clean and adequate to sleep. I left early in the morning to explore the surrounding areas and returned late in the evening to sleep. For that, is was perfectly located just outside Halls Gaps, 2-3 minutes by car

Very poor mobile phone reception, but that's not any faulty of the motel, because I was "On Call" for the weekend, it was crucial that I had mobile phone reception overnight, so that did pose a challenge for me.

I liked that the rooms had a fridge, kettle and toaster. The pool was beautiful and the beds were super comfy!! It's close by to a bunch of walks/ hikes and lookouts, sooo many native animals and the local restaurants!!

There was a kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery however... There wasn't a full kitchen (sink, stove ect) but we didn't mind much at all as the price was really good and we didn't book one of the cabins so this is understandable.

3 Bed room villa is perfect. It is newly build modern one with all the facilities and plenty of spaces. It has been well arranged and cleaned. It got a seperate toilet + toilet in the bathroom. Plenty of spaces in the garden, garden view and Kangaroo observations were amazing. Swimming pool is also clean.

Blue colour big cups are bit older. If we got a heated swimming pool that's great. But these things did not make us an issue. Just comment for the sake of improvement

Staff were easy to deal with but didn't really have much to do with them during our stay. Had a cabin out the back of the property and it felt secluded as it backed onto paddocks. Lots of kangaroos and wildlife right outside your cabin. WiFi worked well but wasn't really used as there's just so much nature around. Room was warm at nights, bed very comfortable, spa was a real treat and the whole place was cozy and cute. Fireplace for winter time - unused this stay.

A little far from town. Good if you have a car or bike

Extremely peaceful, lodge 5/6 perfect for a couple, a little more secluded than other rooms. Spa bath very relaxing, lovely to chill out on the front deck to enjoy the nature. Great grounds to walk around and see the animals that show themselves in the evening. Very close to the zoo, perfect location for us as our trip was all focused around zoo activities.

Wanted to extend our stay on sunday. Called reception after 10am no answer. Went to reception after 10am no one was there. Attempted to try the number on the reception door a few times, phone was answered and then hung up or no answer. We then went off enjoyed or day and due to delays with plans decided to try hotel again. Came back and booked another night, although a male staff member didnt seem too happy, busy check out day i understand, but we just wanted to enjoy the hotel for longer. Managed to book for another night and overall did enjoy a lovely stay. Maybe just increase attention to guests on a sunday, especially when stated reception is open @10am. Thank you
